Herbie is a NATIVE of The Colony (not merely a native of the World that may have visited here). He is also a "fixture" in the community [except for the last 4 years he has been away] Herbie knows LOTS of people and lots of people know Herbie. Buildings #1 - #17 were all here when Herbie left (#18-26 are new in the last 4 years), so Herbie will probably KNOW someone in Building 1-17. I will use (or you can as the need arises) Rule 68A to evaluate each person. 2-5 = "avoid"; 6-7 = know name; 8-9 = friendly; 10+ = an ally/friend.

I have already given Herbie a small "beat the bushes" profit of his own and will provide Herbie with local information that could help the group.
