Political Landscape
This subsector is outside imperial territory, but heavily patrolled by the Imperial 208th Fleet. The Urnians are Imperial Allies against the Zhodani backed Avalonians who occupy the coreward/spinward corner of the subsector.
There are Droyne, Aslan and Darrian settlers - as well as the Urnians (Solomani from Terra), Imperials and Zhodani. There are small groups of Gvegh Vargr in many of the settlements.
Much of the rimward half of the subsector is plagued by pirates and privateers backed by any (or sometimes all) local parties.
Other notes
Isaac C. Heinlein passed through Darkrock and Vapchy on the way to Urnian and then Vapchy and Darkrock on the way back before crashing on Si*Aar'p.
Novoterre was occupied by a detachment from 208th Fleet's 3951st Imperial Marine Regiment when the Imperial Scout Base was threatened in 1098.
