Group in Friends

Is there a way to add a group (the game I am running) to my Friends? Not exactly a big deal if it can't be done but seems it could be handy.

I'm almost certain you can only add usernames to your Friends list. You can obviously still add everyone in the group, you'd just need to do it manually.

Thanks. I already did the manual addition, was just wondering if it was possible and I missed it. Thanks again.
