Beryl Ruby moves north into a 3rd level room. There an ogre greets the superhero. Beryl slays the monster and finds an ESP Medallion (500 gp). The rules on this are on p. 5. When you use it, you can send me a PM with your monster roll, which I'll look up and give to you, then you can decide how to proceed.
Erekose recovers from the red dragon wounds.
Evok casts a lightning bolt at a gaint. The behemoth survives the bolt. Per the rules, the wizard is outside the room so the monster can't attack.
Rex continues his search for a secret door.

Erekose faced off again with the red dragon. Erekose vs dragon [2d6]=8 +2 sword. Erekose fell short. The dragon attacked dragon attack [2d6]=7. No effect. Erekose's shield protected him.
Evok cast a fireball at the recalcitrant gaint. The behemoth survived the fire. Per the rules, the wizard was outside the room so the monster can't attack. (The last post was edited for the lightning bolt.)

Beryl Ruby next finds himself in the ruins of an armory. A giant spider scuttles out but the superhero slays the arachnid.
Erekose wonders if he will ever defeat the mighty red dragon. He does not want to leave behind his treasure, and that which the dragon possesses. The odds are slim, yet plumbing other dungeon depths will take time and yield less treasure. The superhero prays to three different war gods, takes a two-handed grip on his +2 sword, and enters the fray again. Erekose vs dragon [_2d6+2]=(5+4)=9+2=11 Erekose slays the serpent! Praise Tyr, Ares, and Crom! The superhero recovers his dropped L4 silver ring (2,000) and L5 gold ring (3,000), and finds a huge emerald (5,000).
Evok cast another fireball at the gaint. Perhaps it is a fire giant, as the gigantic monster survives the spell. It rages at the wizard safe outside the door.
Rex explores the first level and finds a door.
