In DCC RPG character creation, you always roll 3d6, and you always roll and apply the scores in that same order.

I'm liking the rules so far.

That’s a pretty ordinary person, with those stats. I’ve played with worse but I do like characters that are more heroic. I’ll allow you to roll another set of stats but you’ll have to take that set if you do.

Your Status roll doesn’t change anything.

Well now, as you can see I’ve been putting in some effort on player races. I want to be somewhat immersive with the setting and that means due diligence to the various cultures...with a spin of sorts. With DCC being used, the rather vanilla B/X setting will be a bit grimy and dark. I hope all this attention won’t drive anyone away and that you will get into the setting as much as I am.

Well, this is about the rottenest thing I’ve done in quite some time. I’ve been hemming and hawing every which way for a while so I’m going to come out and say it before this goes any further. I don’t know how you guys do it, but I simply cannot stand the pace of play by post. I didn’t think it was no big deal at the start but it’s too damn slow for me!

I don’t want to leave you in the lurch, but I don’t want to do anything that isn’t fun for me anymore. I’m sooo sorry but I can’t do this anymore. Don’t hate me too much and I hope you all have a Happy Thanksgiving .

This was very disheartening to read, but we definitely understand. Thanks for giving it a shot.

I will go ahead and move this game to the 'Completed Games' section.

Well bugger. I ended up pausing or ending my first three games here, albeit for very different reasons. So don't feel too terrible. Sometimes it just doesn't work.
