Hero Games Stun and Body Rolls with Dice Roller

In the HERO system, there is the concept of BODY and STUN from a die roll. The STUN is easy in that it is the total of the numbers rolled, the BODY is a sum that is computed from 1's are Zero, 2'-5's are One and 6's are Two (this is on a d6)

Example 1: if 4d6 were rolled and results were 1, 2, 4, 5 then the STUN would be 12 (1+2+4+5) and BODY 3 (0+1+1+1)
Example 2: if 4d6 were rolled and results were 2, 3, 5, 6 then the STUN would be 16 (2+3+5+6) and BODY 5 (1+1+1+2)

The "best" way that I can think to do it is [_4d6] which in the first example would give 1+2+4+5=12 and leave it up to the reader to compute the BODY. Can you think of a better suggestion?

Interesting... how frequently do you think this would be used?

In hero games every combat, something close to zero outside of hero games - but as a hero fan it pointed to me as a road block to having those games here

Ok. What do you think a good syntax would be for the die macros for this?
I'm thinking it would have to be something like this:
[h4d6]
... where h would obviously mean that you're using the hero system and the results should show the STUN and BODY values.
Does the hero system only use six sided dice?

Yes that sounds like a great syntax and yes Hero system only uses d6

I would even be ok with [_h4d6] to show the die rolls and the two values.
