Sorry. Was busy this past week with the possibility that my son had contracted COVID from a co-worker. Apparently she tested negative but it was not a good time for any of us. I'm essential at a cancer clinic and my wife is essential at a dental office. Thankfully we were both on vacation last week and it didn't interfere with our jobs but it was a nerve wracking experience. And our son has not shown any symptoms and was allowed to go back to his job as well.

Holy crap! That’s scary, and I’m glad it sounds like you’re okay.

Re: the game, Zamboni knows Unseen Servant, just for these sort of situations—opening doors and reaching into holes for things, and such—but I neglected to have him prepare it today. Not that it would probably be worth using for a few silver pieces anyway,

Sent a PM to Zhym to see if he is still in the game. Once I know his intents I will move the game along.

I am heading into the woods for some much needed camping/hunting. This will be through the 25th and every weekend through mid-December. I will update as more weekdays get added later on. I may be able to check in once or twice depending on how things go but don't count on it. Feel free to NPC my character so I don't slow things down.
Thanks and good gaming,
Rex

Hi all, stopping by while I have a little strength. Tuesday afternoon after my wife tested positive for Covid, I tested positive. This flu really saps your strength and leaves you couch or bed bound for a huge portion of the day. I will post when possible, but please excuse my absence for the foreseeable future.

The game is back on. I broke the original thread in two as it was getting too long. The new thread is titled Chapter Two and can be found here. You are in the chamber where you previously fought 4 orcs. One of them was able to poison Jardin who fell into a deep sleep. You were heading south to a flight of stairs which were found on the map you procured from a corpse.

Hey all. I really wanted to move this along today however my work laptop hard drive sperg'ed on itself. I am rebuilding it right now while user a co-worker's desktop to do my work. NO game data was lost because it was all on a portable drive however some of the files I need can not be read on this computer. Once I get my laptop rebuilt I will be able to post an updated map and the next room. I'm hoping I will have the laptop redone today and I can post tomorrow but a lot depends on the weather. We're not getting the snow here in Baltimore we thought we would get but we are getting a lot of ice. 13 patients have already cancelled treatments today so we may be getting sent home early.

I'm guessing we should go ahead and archive this game since there have been no posts since March 23. My apologies to all for my absences, I'm sure that was a big part of loosing players and interest. I want to thank all of you for sticking it out. It was an enjoyable game.
