We got blasted up here with heavy snow last week, and it has been stupid cold ever since.

By stupid, I mean 30 below wind chills each day, with no end in sight.

Great weather lately, if your a penguin. :x

I'm spending a month off with my family in Spain. When I left Germany it was snowing a lot (it still is). It also was snowing a lot here until like two days before I arrived. But now it's like 50 degrees

Keep your chin up!

Same thing here (stupid cold after lots of snow). Couldn't help myself and did a one nighter last Sunday night, low was 3 F. My record is -38 F, which was on a 5 day trip where the high for the trip was -9 F. I am the guy who complains in the summer but not the winter.

"You've chosen the moment I step inside and request a torch to light the area to request no torch be lit. The timing is... inconvenient," he says. Barely back to health after his ordeal, he has no business standing around in the dark, and so leaves back out through the door to wait for the experiment to end.
I did, didn't I? Sorry about that. I had an idea in my head and made bonnie push forward.
Haha. Don't worry. It's Chauncey who's irritated. Not me. :)

I'm the kind of person that, when finds something that blows his mind, has to share it with people that he knows will appreciate it.

On this website you have the complete works of many authors. Clean editions with hyperlinked indexes. You pay 1 or 2 U$, ok, but it's worth it. The best part, you own the file, both in epub and mobi (you get both for each purchase). For those of us who are used to purchasing this kind of books on Amazon, where you don't own the ebooks you pay for, this is great.

Burroughs, Howard, Mundy, Dumas, Dunsany, Lovecraft, Poe, Haggard, Scott, Kipling, Chaucer, Grimm, sagas, Cervantes, etc.

That said, I always prefer physical books, but these always come in handy.

There's some stuff you can't buy in the US. If you travel to countries where the copyright laws work differently you can.

For instance, they are going to publish the complete works of Clark Ashton Smith this year. In the US you can't buy them because I think the author has to have been dead for 90 years for his works to be public domain. I'm Europe it's 70. In Australia and New Zealand it's 50, so it will only be purchasable here.

But there are Very Powerful Novelties on the internet that allow you to be in another country without having to travel
