Yeah, it always is good to help out. This felt like a good win. Jason helps pack up equipment, talking to the first responders trying to generally be helpful until the scene(crime scene? ghost scene?) is more or less cleared.

Investigating the Hospital Tunnel
August 26, 2018, 1 pm.
Storming outside, cool, & cloudy.
The team wraps up when the officials are satisfied with the information they have, part of which is taken from [Jamie's[/b] video footage which she readily shares when requested by Detective Hightail. Soon the remains of both Sister Bethany and her murderer Harlem Harper are moved (respectfully) after Father Danning & Sister Judith perform last rites over both. They are then transported via the coroner's car to the state crime labs for further investigation before, Hightail promises, they will be released for proper burial to the families.
For her part, Jamie looks great. Any bruising or other damage done by Harper seems fully healed, though she still looks a little tired from everything. Well, that was interesting. I have some work to do in a couple hours to get this on the 6 o'clock show, but for now, who's hungry? I was going to take Lionel to a spot I know, but it might as well be all of us now after all that. Who likes asian food?

Sam is quiet and stricken thinking about the violence perpetrated against Sister Bethany all those years ago. He knows it is more common than he realizes and that pains him more deeply. Sam lets out a long sigh as the last rights are performed.
Then, in a moment of remembering the circumstances that led here, Sam feels gratitude to the stranger that he chased through these tunnels. Without that individual Sister Bethany may have remained here, unable to move on, indefinitely. Sam looks back around the tunnels and wonders where he gave him the slip and resolves to explore these tunnels more thoroughly.

Sam heads quickly back to station once the group disperses.
Sam, through this experience, has developed a motivation to map the tunnels, the markings, and try to gain knowledge of this tunnel system.
