Saxony

"Civilized yes. But where?"

If we go back to Markainus City we face being too late because this Sha'zul servant has gone there already and taken the stone we left with the Bishop. The map note speaks of another ritual and the witch spoke about 'the oldest places of man' and that being a link to Poseidon and water.

Starlorn City is highlighted with a star and we know it's history as the oldest place of man, built by a deep water lake.

We should go there to look for this Master Cillian.

Balasar brings up "Well we have this here head in a sack. I would think somewhere closer than all of those locations. Which priests were we expecting to try talking to the dead cultists head? Will it last the trek to any of those cities? Or should we see out the priests in that small town with the chuck of Rongo?" he tries to reason.

Assuming you are returning back to hommingdale in particular since Ruthgar's plate mail is there waiting.

You travel all day to reach the gates of the small city. As you arrive at the gate you see the guards watching you and whispering.

Balasar stops and asks the guards "Is something wrong? Might I ask why you are watching us and whispering?"

Storm raises his eyes. Do you know who attacked the church officer? What did the people who were searching for us look like? Were they locals you recognised or strangers?

Ruthgar:

Odd, attack on the church? You mean the temple to Rongo? To his comrades: We should make haste to the temple!

the guards ll look at each other and finally the one speaks up again.

All we know of the church are rumors, the fight was internal, the ones that were looking for you talked to me. Strangers 2 women, a man, and a elf.

Storm Thank you! Yes come on, we had better see just how the temple cleric’s could have lost the stone entrusted into their care with the warnings we gave them.

With that the small 4 foot elf runs forward along the lane, heading for the temple.

Balasar "An attack on the temple hmm and none of the guards saw anyone coming into town to attack the temple? How did they get inside the temple to attack it? Did the people looking for us say why they were looking for us and did they mention anything about those that attacked the temple?"

You enter the temple and you see a priest you recognize as the high priests assistant talking to a group of 4 adventurers

after a bit Maxim does come back and look in on you.

You gentlemen may take as long as you need. However the high priest is deep in meditation and is not likely to be available to speak to until tomorrow or the following day.

You can lock them with archiving, they just won't be able to post in them. That is what I meant anyways.
