After landing a few good blows on the spider, Benham suddenly reverts back to his usual ineffective wizard-engaged-in-melee-combat self, missing wildly enough that he almost loses his balance.

oops made a blunder the first round i had these skeletons attack turns out these are improved version of the MM skeleton, they have spears and are wearing bronze plate armor. THAC0 17 not 19 and dmg 1d6 normally, 1d8 for these spiders. There were supposed to be 6 of them apparently too.

Emma stabs at Giant Spider 3 missing. but that is good since it is slain already.
Ishaq moves in to help Benham and swings twice at Giant Spider 1 hitting for 6 dmg!
Benham's Skeletons all 6 skeletons stab with spears 3 hit Giant Spider 1 for 9 dmg!

Summary: Anuzal and Asad manage to suck out and remove some of the poison. Asad is feeling a bit better Anuzal still feels really bad. Giant Spider 1 & 2 are dead. Giant Spider 1 is almost dead.

at this time nobody else can really attack the spider but if you guys win initiative the thing dies. So let me roll init and see how this works out. Anyone else can only attack using ranged or spells due to the cramped room.

Ok you guys won the init the last spider dies! Anuzal killed the remaining spider.

Asad feels weaker Anuzal feels weaker as well but worse off than Asad. Asad your CON goes down by 1 point Anuzal your CON score is reduced by 2 points. For 2 days. [1d3] = 2 days this is temporary it can be healed if anyone can make an antidote. I will have to look up how this works.

Asad watches the final spider fall. He kicks it - hard. "Damn insects! Pests!!! Burn in the abyss, you bastards!!"

He wipes his sword off on one of the hairy things. He looks around. He realizes he doesn't know exactly where he is and waits for the party to indicate a next move.

"Nice work." Dubb cleans his blade and checks on the bitten party members. "Those look nasty. I can't do anything about those now, but if they get life-threatening, I'll try that oil again, ok?"

He looks around at the web and debris-filled room. "Let's search around and then get out of here. We're too close to those chimeras. I don't want to stumble upon them. Maybe back south across the gold hall?"

Dubb starts rifling through the room.

The room is rather empty other than some bones and sand there is a large set of cobwebs in the south and west end of the room where Benham encountered the spiders other than that there is the door in the north wall he was going to check initially.

Will carefully try to salvage any unharmed venom glands from the spiders to work on an antivenom when she can
