My goal is to have at least an intro for the first adventures up today. Looking through the character sheets I still have a few questions, however (mostly it not being clear what skills various relationships have, etc.)

If you have any thoughts or preferences on the map, you need to share them now. In particular, tell me what the names of these towns are. AFAIK only Evanora's Dingle has a name.

I am currently going through character sheets and will PM you with any questions you have. If no one has suggestions for the map or adventures (other than what Marullus has already posted), I will draw a map, name the settlements, and write up adventures.

I believe all the characters are complete. I'm working on the 2nd adventure, as we're deviating pretty severely from classic Torchbearer (alternate classes, a campaign focus beyond "loot the dungeon", etc.).

Right now I'm thinking Group 1 will be searching for a lost elven crown, and Group 2 will be rescuing prisoners from a canyon prison.

We're coming into the Thanksgiving holiday week - are we hoping to start before or after?

I'm good to start whenever, just pm me if we start and I dont respond, I have a hard time remembering to check things I'm not actively working on/in (adhd is very guys, I dont reccomend it XD) once we get going I'm good about checking at least once a day.
