Saxony

As folk check the door, he will scan the forest to see if creatures note our intrusion.

A birdman statue? Any cult of Aarakacroa types?

The warrior shrugs and waits for any surprises.

Ruthgar

Looking at the statue he will try to remember anything similar that he has seen before.

It is carved relief into the stone doors it is just an image that look like that statue.

No one is familiar with the image, it is not any god any of you are familiar with.

The door is slightly ajar, Allan hears nothing inside and sees nothing that would make him believe it is a mechanical trap of any kind.

Allan will gracefully pass the doorway and pause and take stock of what he sees...

As the party gathers around the door discussing options Allan moves forward. the door is slightly ajar and he has to push it to get it wide enough to pass trough.

The loose vines and debris make the door tougher to move than normal and it makes a grinding sound as it opens. The overgrowth and archway block out most of the sun so that only 10' within the room is illuminated. The rest of the room is in total darkness as their are apparently no windows.

The floor is covered in dirt and dust and as Allan wipes some away with his foot he sees dark black tiles.

Ruthgar makes his way inside and un-slings his pack. Fueling up his lamp with oil, he'll try to bring it to life.

Sandarin Highhill

The young paladin steps inside the door and opens his senses up for any potential enemies

Staying within sight of the party, Phil looks for a large rock or other similar bulky/heavy item that might be used to prop the door open. The heavier the better.

Moony

The door screeching hopefully doesn't echo around the building. The ranger will wait for the light to expose the room (and ourselves). He keeps his back to the wall as he enters and moves off to the left side.
