Page 37 modified the connection skill gain slightly, no skill raise from a connection may go above 3 and you cannot take the JoT skill.

Skill packages are a set of level 1 skills to ensure the group has a broad baseline for the type of adventure. You only get a 1 in the skill and people take turns picking from the list until they are all take. Pages 37-38.
