(Just a repeat post for update purposes) You all look into a passage, 10' wide, going straight ahead (i e southwards). There are no special features that you can see from here.

Thorelf starts moving slowly down the passage, keeping right, tapping the floor with the stick as he moves along.

Re: Chapter 03: Minn's Mound
After having covered 10' into the corridor without anything happening while prodding the floor, Thorelf sees that about 15' further ahead ( = 25' from the door) the passage narrows somewhat and turns slightly to the left.
Thorelf is thus now standing 10' in from the door.

Re: Chapter 03: Minn's Mound
Thorelf pats his dagger sheath with his stick. "Oh, it's right here, I just like to keep torch and stick handy when looking for pits and trip wires. Can't seem to find anything special about this corridor, what about you Korin?"
Re: Chapter 03: Minn's Mound
When inspecting the next 10' section, Korin without doubt could see that that particular floor area was untrapped.

Thorelf passes the next 10’ that Korin deemed safe, and sees if he can get a look into the narrower passage.
