Thurwin - Wizard
Thurwin will make his way to The Church of St Cuthbert, and to Burne and Rufus' place. He'll also check in on Sean while we are in town. If Sean intends on staying with us, Thurwin will give him 50PP and 100 GP out of his shares (deducted.) He'll also spend 50GP (also deducted) in plying the inn with drinks to locate any available porters/torchbearers/meatshields.

Calmert: Cleric
Calmert, after divining his detect magic on the baubles, returns to his meditation and prayer. After acquiring St. Cuthbert's blessing, he retires to his sleep. While drifting off, he calculates a twenty percent tithe to deliver to the Church tomorrow.
After visiting, and assisting the diocese with a tithe of time, the little Gnome goes into town and purchases a sling with 20 bullets, and a scroll case for his new scrolls (3gp deducted).
*Upon waking up, the first thing Calmert does is head to the Church to tithe the Gold-fire symbol on a fine gold chain w/a ruby (2500gp), the Jeweled ring (500gp), and one platinum piece. This should be a bit over 20% of all his treasure haul. The character sheet reflects this.

Re: Part 11 - Back in the Village
Thurwin finds a set of three young men who are willing to be torchbearers and porters: a tubby kid named Jupiter, a tall kid named Pete, and a scrawny yet brainy kid named Bob. They want you to pay for their food on the trip, for their packs and torches, and they want 1 gp per day or 10 gp per trip to and from town, whichever is higher. They don't fight (0 level npcs) but will carry torches and loot for you.

Tavin - Monk
Tavin offers to chip in on the hireling charges while discussing with Thurwin.
OCC: Let me know if there are any charges Tavin can help absorb, he's toting around more loot than a monk probably should.

Re: Part 11 - Back in the Village
Calthas has an equivalent of 95128 CP (not counting the jeweled belt) in coins. He will use 4000 CP (or 40 GP) to buy 20 silver headed arrows (to be added to the 2 he already has) and convert the remaining 91128 CP in 4 rubies worth 22782 CP each. He will leave the rubies and the belt to Jaroo, with explicit instructions to use them for himself should he not come back from the temple.
Having done that, he is ready to leave again.

Thurwin - Wizard
OOC: To everyone offering to help pay for the porters, thanks, Thurwin was going to give each of them a few gold to buy rations and what they need, plus a little "incentive". If you all want to buy the rations, Thurwin will give them a quick advance to help them buy anything else they need. Aside from scrolls or potions, Thurwin doesn't really have much need for coin either, so he doesn't mind paying these guys or shelling out extra coin as needed. Also - do we want to buy a little extra oil to take with us for some flaming justice?
IC:
Thurwin welcomes the three new bearers and gives each of them 5GP in advance (deducted) and tell them to meet us in in (a day? Two days?) when we depart. Thurwin also gives Sean the previously mentioned coin and thanks him for his service, reminding him to get what he needs while in town, and if he needs any help with costs, to let him know.
After his visit to tithe at the Church of St Cuthbert and to see Burne and Rufus, Thurwin is ready to go.

Bror for some reason has no coin on his sheet... will chip in for the porters as well.
