Grimes hands someone his mead and plays with the device which appears to be a brown metal box about the size of a tinderbox, with violet labels. When the hinged cover is lifted inside a panel of white horn-like material will be seen. In the center of the panel is set a metal mesh screen the size of a coin, while in the upper right corner is set a small blue gem. At the base of this screen a black square is set.
Grimes depresses the square (after fiddling with various other bits). A moment later the small, metal golem which appeared to fix the broken panel in the previous room (or its identical twin) comes into the room. Again trying a few things, Grimes depresses the button and speaks into the box, telling the robot to make a pattern around the room. The creature does so.

Grimes calls Dieter over. "Hey, Deets! Come see this!" He'll show Dieter how he made it go in a circle. "This guy could come in handy. I think a smart fella like you should keep this thing, I might muck it up." He hands Dieter the remote and again describes how he made it do his bidding.
OOC: Grimes is ready to move along with the others.

After loading with stuff, the party moves on.
Within this room a uniformed skeleton sits behind a desk built into which is a strange box. The long dead eyes stare from the inanimate skull. There is also a wardrobe or cabinet of some sort in here.

Furuk fiddles with the suit. He finds a few buttons in back that open it and then turn it on, which results in a strange aura of force surrounding it. He is confident that he can use the suit as armor and that it would be better than even his current magical set of Elvin plate (although he might not be able to use his shield). A press of a button and a weapon built into right arm of armor above hand pops up: this has a pistol that also fires a beam of light built into it. This power armor seems well suited for the warrior half-orc.
