Whaddya think about the quasi AD&D 2e Initiative system? Please provide suggestions on how to make it better either way, if you have ideas.

Yes, and it is the AD&D 2e-based Initiative where everyone states actions, then initiative is determined. Instead of using ascending initiative (lowest first), I am using the C&C standard of descending (highest first). I am closely trying to emulate this:
