He departs and returns to the room rented at the inn, bars the door and finishes off the jug of wine.

Watts, I have heard of a lotus den called The House of Lucid Dreaming. It is situated near the slums, but has an excellent reputation. Want to come along? Afterwards we can return to the The Yellow Worm for a fine meal. And then a few hours sleep before returning to meet the caravan...
