That was me misreading the family relations in a hurry. If it's easier to keep things as they are, I can just go back and edit the post. I don't think it would change the overall effect of Niping's actions.

It wasn't given a whole lot of thought in the first place; Marullus' justification of it seemed better to me than my original intentions, anyhow. No biggie!
