Lord Prince Jeggred Von Luen XIII "The Shadow King"

Greyelf by descriptors. The sly and always smirking Prince of Gothmoor stands just over 5'3''. His silvery white hair slicked back to shoulder length hangs and almost is never out of place. He always wears the City's top fashion, and as Ruler, eyes upon him constantly taking note to his choices, Lord Jeggred keeps purple in noble fashion. His ice blue eyes always squinting (usually because he's always smirking) miss nothing around him. The Lord Prince hides his amazing wisdom behind verbal fencing and a dizzying array of tricks to get others to give up information that they attempted to hide from him. His silver tongue is one reason he still holds the throne. Looking at the Elf, he almost seems ageless, but recently began walking with a cane. Often times, he'll ignore his adviser's suggestions and hefts it on his shoulder as he stands. The Lord Prince refuses to call himself King, and takes offense to those who call him such. He claims his "father was and is the only true King of Gothmoor". Even with his joyful demeanor, and his almost trademark smirk, Lord Prince Von Luen is not a weak ruler. He'll call for the head of a criminal just as quick as the most ruthless dictator. He brooks no breaking of the city's extensive laws, and will quickly send a mass of brawlers or guild members to the slave pits to work off their crimes. Often times you can catch a nobleman locked into the Arena for brutal sport because he thought himself more clever than our Lord Prince.

General Adani Boone

General Adani Boone is second in command when it comes to the security and safety of Gothmyr nation and its citizens. He answers to Lord Prince Jeggred Von Luen only and often is seen at the Lord prince's side. His 6'7'' stature aided by his full platemail often gives the general a very imposing visage. His bald head and three tattooed scars over his left eye, from forehead to jawline are a respectful hereditary mark of his family. The two handed greatsword on his back is decorated with the mark of royalty on the handle and scabbard. General Boone commands the military of Gothmyr. He is the only enlisted man allowed within the city limits proper.

Captain Kedmore Rhumbold
Human/ Male LN F prays to Hek'Ra
Kedmore Rhumbold is acting Head Captain of the City Watch. Standing 5'8'' but over 240lbs, the man has barely any fat on his build. The men beneath Rhumbold rumor "the man was cut from stone by dwarven midwives when they lost the real child, and Rhumbold has just grown by eating rocks when alone." Tough as coffin nails and fists like hammers. Kedmore keeps a tight reign on the first line of defense for the capitol city of Gothmoor. The man swings twin morningstars first, and asks questions later. His two right hand "men" are Larissa Rhumbold, his daughter and captain of the North Gates Ward and Meghan Du'las, 6'4'' tall Anistlavi woman who captains the watch in the Trades ward.

Morgan Hftvader is who you seek to find anything in Gothmoor. From jobs that pay good coin, to turning other nation's coin in to get Gothmyran dragons (gold pieces), Morgan can get you what you need. He has multiple shops throughout Gothmoor City, but is always in his shop in the Trades Ward. His jingles when he walks, from all the hidden coins and visible jewelry on his person.
