Re: VI. Bassy's House (Kassal, Ciar, Fulp)

#21 Post by Alethan »

"Lighten up? Mr. Touch-My-Stuff-Again-An-I'll-Hurt-Ya?" Ciar chuckles. "Tell you what, Fulp. You let me do my own negotiating and I won't touch your things anymore without your express permission, yah?"

"Hey, I'm gonna go check on sommit real quick. I'll catch you guys later back at the inn."

Then Ciar heads off on his own...

Ciar leads the group, minus Fulp, to Bassy's house. After a very short trip, the group arrive outside the very short front door of Bassy's meager home. Ciar, having made acquaintance with the elderly gnome previously, knocks lightly on the door.

No noise is heard from within, and there is no response.

Ciar knocks rather loudly the second time, calling her name at the same time.

Taking a deep breath, Ciar tries the door to see if it is open.

Ciar shakes his head. "She mentioned something about taking a trip. I guess I didn't think it would be so soon, though. Sorry about that..."

"We could always check with the historian I asked to research the history of the tower, if she's still in her shop."

Kassel will try and peer through the window, just incase the old gnome has had an accident.

Kassal peers in through a window of the old gnome's home and there is no sign of her. Ciar recalls her mention of taking a trip, and figures she must have left. "We could always check with the historian I asked to research the history of the tower, if she's still in her shop."
