Re: Into the Spiders' Den (Trendt/Sammy/Freddie)
Trendt marches over to the human remains "Pardon me." he says out of politeness for the dead. He reaches under and around the bones to see what the shiny item is.

Sammy comments. "That was too easy." He too goes to looks around
Re: Into the Spiders' Den (Trendt/Sammy/Freddie)
There had been some old clothing stuck to the thickest part of the webbing, now ash, but a healing potion (+8 HP 1 dose, or +4 HP 2 doses) has fallen out of them. It now sits on the ground unharmed by the flames, having rolled away from the heat. As Trendt Sammy finds a short sword in decent condition and 7 gold pieces as he searches around, but Trendt is looking around the human bones where he finds 21 copper pieces, 17 silver pieces, 12 electrum pieces, 2 gold pieces and 3 platinum pieces. The human adventurer that died here appears to have been a thief type, though his picks and tools seem to be gone.
Let me know who wants what, then put that in your inventory. If you just want to collect it and strap it to the mule to put it in the cart later, I'll put it in the party loot list. Remember to give Freddie some treasure, but Rubesca will not take any. The kobolds may be another story. Treat them as you will.

Re: Into the Spiders' Den (Trendt/Sammy/Freddie)
Trendt "I appreciate the help everyone. I'd not brag about easy I have a feeling this is just a small part of it we have all them natural caves yet to cover. I think we should just toss all this stuff in the cart for now and catch up with the others. What so you Sammy?" Trendt gathers up the items considers giving freddie the potion. "Hey Freddie ya might wanna take a swig of that here potion ta try n heal up a bit."

Freddie assures everyone he's all right, but will keep hold of the healing potion until anyone needs it.

Sammy the Barbarian
"I agree. We should catch up with the rest of the group. But, I still think we are getting ahead of ourselves. Don't leave anything behind I always say."
Sammy pokes around a bit but doesn't pack any of it. "Just leave that, we can collect it later. Let's go."

Re: Into the Spiders' Den (Trendt/Sammy/Freddie)
Trendt does not leave anything behind he gathers everything he has found near the dead thief and saunters on after Sammy to locate the rest of the group. He hands Freddie the valuables (gems and money). Making his load lighter. He looks at the two kobolds and hands one of them the shield and sticks the sword in a loop on his belt.

Re: Into the Spiders' Den (Trendt/Sammy/Freddie)
Everyone adds 31 XP for last kobold battle. Trendt, Sammy and Freddie add an additional 268 XP for spider/centipede battle for a total of 299XP for the aforementioned.
There's no shield, just a short sword. Trendt, don't forget to put that in your inventory. I'll put the healing potion and coins in Freddie's list.
Also, did you two want to rejoin the others or check out the other spiders' lair just north of the one you're in? I'll put the map up here.
Post coming Saturday.

I've put Trendt, Sammy, Rubesca and the two kobolds with the rest of the party in chapter 3.
