Moving slowly and carefully the group manages to safely make it down the remaining 160' to the bottom of the stairs.

You are now standing in and underground catacomb leading into the darkness before you.

I got two. Plus a couple candles too.
This is a game about killing things and taking their stuff so you can become more powerful in order to kill bigger things and take even better stuff.

The stairs end in a catacomb running north. You see no doors or other tunnels for as far as your torchlight goes.

Vik will look around for the other torch that was dropped for depth-gauging, to see if it's broken or salvageable. If it's still usable, he'll recover it and light it off the one he's holding.

Once the party heads out, the young churl will hand off his torch (and the other one if okay) to whomever wants one and reequip his bow with a readied arrow. If no one else wants to carry the torch, he'll equip his short sword.

Scy out front has sword out and moving cautiously. Alert for threats from the dark and scanning the floor for signs of recent movement.

The group heads into the catacombs going north for 30 feet. You begin to see on the sides of the tunnels burial chambers, the catacombs continue north
