Max hp at 1st level

Unconscious at 0 hp, dead at -10

Bleed at 1hp/rd from any wound resulting in 1/4 of your present hp total or at 0 hp

Bind wounds stops bleeding and cures 1 hp of damage. Fill your spell slots with memorized spells as usual

Wizards use mana - give your Int score the same bonuses as Wis then roll 2d6 at 1st level and add the "bonus." Succeeding levels roll 1d6. Fill your spell slots with memorized spells as usual but use mana to cast which means you don't "forget" your spells. Cost is 1 mana point + 1 to cast a spell (it costs 1 mana to cast a cantrip)

Clerics cast spells at the pleasure of their gods - depending on the god and her alignment there is a percentage chance of failure, the more capricious the god, the higher chance of failure
