Not sure if that was confusing or not, but figured it couldn't hurt to clarify.
Thanks. I did figure the voices were coming from above us, but it doesn't make Elwita any less likely to want to find a way to reach them. ;)

Okey dokey!
This is a game about killing things and taking their stuff so you can become more powerful in order to kill bigger things and take even better stuff.
Alethan: I'm good with NOT pressing our luck this time.
mjulius: That's how I know I'm home.
Pulpatoon: The whole point of PbP is to take the scheduling pressure off the game. We're just chatty because we're so eager!
Scott308: ...everyone should be reminded of just how wonderful the people they play games with here can be in real life.
Leitz: Quality and quantity wise, I think US is the best I've seen.
Paladin: I can promise terror, glory, and riches...or a quick and brutal death.
Inferno: Come on! That's was Vicar's Head, a completely different doomed village!
Rex: I can move to the wait list to let someone else into the game.

I think we're going to have to leave the statue here and come back.. it would be almost impossible to take it with us, as it probably weighs over 500 lbs (just a guess)

Due to the previous player deciding to bow out of this game, we have a new player for Ogre!

(another recruit from DF of course ;) )

But of course! And we welcome them all!

So, ummm, tell me, Ron. Is ToniXX paying you some kind of bounty per new member or something? ;)

Elven Chain

#172 Post by dmw71 »

I know elven chain is lighter, but is it almost more quiet? Or is it still as loud as a normal metal armor?

As loud as regular chain yes. It can be muffled a bit, with a cloak or the like, but definitely isn't completely silent.

Hey all - I sent Ron a note letting him know, but also wanted to mention here that I have had to go ahead and drop out of Slave Pits and NewIron. I just don't have the time to commit right now :/ I will still be in Legacy, so I will see some of you over there :)

Good luck, and free the slaves!

Sorry all. Had an autism training in NYC that killed the beginning of my week. Then of course backed me up at work. Then came back to (well was dealing with while I was in NY too) having to fire someone and justify my job's existence. Also my boss is in a foul mood... someone who normally is in a yelling mood. :) I'll catch everyone up between today and tomorrow.
And we need a new Phanstern in the Slavers game it seems! Any ideas. :)

My daughter’s surgery went well! We were able to take her home yesterday. It was two and a half, seemed like days, hours in surgery, one and a half hours in recovery, and home. There was a chance she’d have to stay overnight, especially after they found the infection behind the tumors in her ear, but she’s a trooper. I promised her we’d sling some dice this week or weekend.

Thank you all for your patience! I’m back at work, but I’m going to try and update my games now.
