Craxzus wields his dual blades in a defensive stance as the dwarves combine their efforts to push the ogre off. The orc leader sees the group and snarls. He levels his spear and charges at Craxzus.
Eirenaios casts a spell.

(Round 7)
The dwarves manage to roll the ogre off easily.
The line of orcs ahead parts and what looks to be an orc shaman and another orc warrior run after their leader.
Just as the chieftain looks to make a skewer attack he falls to the ground and starts screaming in agony, writhing on the road.
The shaman sees the source if the magic and falls to his knees before Eirenaios.
"He is chosen. Please no kill him!" he begs, looking defeated. The other warrior bangs his scimitar on his iron shield. Ready to defend.

Throm rights hims self takes his axe out and looks at the orc shaman and he's not thrilled if anything the dwarf is irked "An why might we wanna save him eh? What mercy did yah show me friends at the farm eh?" the dwarf makes to throw his axe at the orc shaman unless one of his friends tries to stop him.

Throwing Axe (66%) [1d100] = 43 Damage [1d6+1] = 2+1 = 3 +[1d4] = 4 Lightning on special

Thorgrim jumps to his feet and charges at the orc leader. "This is for Evie!" he yells as he swings his axe trying to behead the leader.

Eirenaios opens his mouth to speak, "If you surrender and lay down your weapons-" he sees Thorgrim and Throm try to attack and tries to stop them, "More bloodshed is unnecessary if they are to surrender!", he screams to the shaman and all the orcs, "LAY DOWN YOUR WEAPONS, SIT ON YOUR KNEES AND SURRENDER OR YOUR LEADER DIES", he prepares his sling to attack the shaman if they don't comply.

Sling(71): [1d100] = 21 , Damage: [1d8] = 6
Dodge(56): [1d100] = 80

A commotion goes up among the orc hoard as they realize their chieftain has fallen. The remainder of the hoard scatter and start running off the road into the fields. The soldiers give Chase.
Craxzus begins casting a spell but is distracted by Eirenaios and it fails.
*Attack rolls are still necessary for incapacitated foes but they are considered easy. Your skill is x2 for the roll.
So if your ax skill were 50 it would now be 100. If Eirenaios is unable to convince you to stop, make rolls*
(Hope everyone had a good holiday!)

Added attack rolls to my previous post.

What should I roll to see if I can be convinced to spare the orc?

Eirenaios sighs, “This would’ve been a lot easier if they just surrendered”, he walks to the shaman while casting the same spell on the warrior next to the shaman and once he falls he will get closer to the shaman and starts to tie his hands, “If you try anything I can promise you your chief will die if it’s the last thing I do”, he ties his hands and gags his mouth with a cloth and covers his eyes.

Sorcery(89): [1d100] = 2

Dex:14

Eirenaios will try to stop Throm from attacking but not physically

Eirenaios attempts to sway his companions but Thorgrims need for revenge consumes the dwarf!
(I don't force social skill rolls on PCs dealing with other PCs, you play your character how you see fit, also I was incorrect about the attacks against helpless foes being EASY, they are +50% to attackers skill)
Thorgrim brings blade to bare on the chief, total death only stopped by the shaman fearfully trying to block their blows and their target uncontrollably itching and squirming. The raging dwarf manage to rent the chiefs armor from his chest and cause damage to the flailing orc!
Craxzus attempt to cast a spell but is distracted by the dwarven fury and fails the gestures.
Throm holds his anger in check, waiting to see what the elf has in mind.
The shaman attempts to cover the chiefs body but Eirenaios holds him fast and attempts to bind his hands.
(Eirenaios needs to make a wrestle skill roll at +25% because the shaman is prone and not paying attention to him)

A familiar necromancer walks up the street toward your location, he has 6 shambling orcs with many slashes and burn wounds following him.
Soldiers also rush up the road. Some chasing orcs, some obviously rushing to your aid.

I was actually trying to attack the shaman not the chief.

Eirenaios manages to wrestle the orc down, put a knee in the shamans back, pinning him and ties his wrists secure.
Throm looks on, ready to lend aid if needed.
Any orcs that were coming up the road towards the group are scared off by the 6 undead orcs accompanying the necromancer.
Craxzus twirls his twin blades and waits for any orc who dares approach.
A cheer goes up among the men on the road as victory seems at hand.
The necromancer confidently walks up and noticing the downed ogre, starts to examine its body.
Thorgrim falls on the orc chief and begins mercilessly chopping at its body with his ax. The shaman shrieks in horror as his chosen one is attacked
The lack of armor means the raging dwarf easily turns the orc leader into a bloody puddle or gore.
