I'll just Firebolt the kitty to get it back on task. :D
Sometimes this summer I will most likely be participating in another 24 hour game of Dungeons & Dragons as part of Extra Life. This organization uses gaming to help raise money to donate to children's hospitals. I'm raising money for Marshfield Children's Hospital in Marshfield, WI, and all money I raise will go to that hospital. All donations are tax-deductible. Please take a moment to check out my donation page below. Thank you.

I just realized this is kinda directed at me  I read it but didn't think twice until now. I'm not trying to set any standards based on my posting rates :D Please by no means should anyone refer to me as the average PbP poster/post rate.

By the way, my Thursday night group meets tonight, so it will be a late night for me. I probably won't update this game again until Friday.

GreyWolfVT and/or Monsieur Rose, how did you guys add the image to your D&D Beyond character sheets? I've been looking and haven't been able to figure it out.

I forgot to mention this in my most recent update -- apologies, because it is hilarious!
Scott308 wrote:Seeing the humanoid feline displaying playful traits normally associated with the smaller, four-legged felidae, the Dragonborn surreptitiously whispers a few words, and with a wiggle of his fingers causes a small, red dot to appear on the table, slowly travelling in front of Sky and onto the tavern floor.
Monsieur Rose wrote:Sky"But first...there is the simple matter of this infernal spot!" Sky leaps from the table, races over to the spot and smacks it with both paws.

So, thank you Monsieur Rose for picking it back up!

It's actually relatively early morning on the current day:

You're obviously welcome to explore town a bit, but you would definitely have time to reach the citadel "today" in the game if that is your plan.

My mistake. Since we were all well into our drinks, I thought it was later in the day.

It's cool I edited my post. I think really it has only been the NPC so far that as indulged in the drink heavily. The rest of us have been far more reserved.

Sorry, all. No update tonight.

I also have my Tuesday night game tomorrow, so I'll try to sneak in an update during the day from work.

Thanks Dave for getting what you could out. I suggest that if Garon has anything more to provide about people that we can talk to in Oakhurst, that we split up and starting asking around. We can pre-roll anything you need on that aspect. Just a thought.

I have experience almost dragging games to death by slow-playing in town activities, so I'll try to avoid duplicating that here. ;) I'll be sure to summarize what can be learned and push things along a bit with my next update.

I don't foresee any rolls will be needed, and will try to remember to call for one in advance if I think it's a possibility.

I will include details about all of the keyed areas in my next update, but I included a map of Oakhurst in the 'Geography' section. You're dealing with a very small area, so conducting all the business you wish to can be wrapped up pretty quickly.
