I was already intending on moving into the woods near Brownlee anyway so i just moved where you suggested.

Yeah, I didn't really expect that Phoenix Hawk to stay motionless, knowing 3 mechs, even though they are light, would be in base with him. There is still a good chance he lives through it though comparing our weapon damage vs his armor.

well we either fight or we have to run and try to get by them to get back to the original drop site we were at.

Also it appears i am still not in range to aid in the attacks.

Have to run to Costco with the family. Will be gone a couple hours. Fire for Orloff, if you need to. Looking forward to seeing how the round plays out.

need physical attacks from P4 and P3.

F4 has fallen, he can attempt to stand next round, to stand it costs 2 MP and he has to make a piloting roll (target 5)

I think it was a pretty awesome round, it would have been great to behold!

you have one smaller mech that fell because of a roll, its legs are messed up and he shouldn't get right next to a mech again to allow another kick, but you have put a lot of damage on one of their mechs with the most armor and biggest gun, and it is going to be running super hot at the end of the round with the flamer heat added. So it certainly isn't going so bad, standing there and letting all the lights swarm him wasn't the best move for that mech.

Man, we really need to win initiative to try finishing off that Phoenix Hawk before he can retreat to his buddies.

I thought that was a fun round. I had to run white after you decided to walk up to the hawk, just seemed to fitting for him to go balls to the wall like Hudson from Aliens.

Let's strategize...

... I reckon E2 & E3 will stay put and keep sniping from the ridge. That seems to be working pretty well for them.

E1 is beat to hell. I think he'll be looking to jump to cover- probably back towards his lance mates- so they can provide him some cover fire. I think BuckshotChucks suggestion that he'll jump to the Heavy Woods in 0610 is pretty likely now. I could run Orloff's Commando into there to occupy that ground, so he can't have it, though.

Not sure about E4. He's got good cover from where he's at, but I feel like he might come out to play now.

What do you guys think?

Does the -2 movement on the Phoenix hawk affect jump as well?

I'm bushed. Running on a sleep deficit and nearly nodded off at the helm. Gonna shut the old computer down for the evening and go to bed. I'll catch up with you guys in the morning. :)
