I'll work on the improvised water bucket while Berry and Rabon administer last rites and search the body. Aofie and Allric can keep watch in case anything comes out to investigate.

Also, I'll say that the pot will hold about 3 skins of water. You can always fill the skins and dip again without effort, though.

Trait Levels
There are three levels for each trait:
Level 1 traits grant +1D to one roll per session.
Level 2 traits grant +1D to two rolls per session.
Level 3 traits grant +1s to a tied or successful test

...I've always played it was assumed gear, not taking a slot. I can't find anything that says that, though. We can find maps as objects which do take up a slot so I guess it is fair...

No, there's no free slots. The only one is on Allric, who can carry it in his hand since he no longer is carrying the scroll that he cast. Galen's food and oil also filled the Floating Disc.

Berry can totally cast his Fury of the Lords of Life and Death. That's what this is for. And Defender trait, yes indeed!

I can't help with the prayer to summon the Fury of the Lords of Life and Death, I do not have Ritualist. But it it doesn't work then I'm willing to take the lead in any combat.

Would Berry have to attempt to Banish each one separately as they animate?

If it works it will make them flee as his level isn't higher than their might, but I think that would qualify towards "Drive the evil from this place"
