Khawaji will purchase 2 weeks iron rations and give the remainder to the brotherhood.

Solomon will purchase 2 weeks iron rations and keep the rest.

Hazrahi will buy plate mail, if available. If not, he'll try for banded plate or chain. He will defer to any other PC if there aren't enough sets of mail to go around.

He'll also buy a sword, a silver dagger, and another week's normal rations.

He'll then buy three 10 gp gems (happy to pay a premium to turn his coins into a more portable form).

The rest of his money, he donates to his church.

Aghilas asks his friend the Bedi horse trainer about commissioning a light warhorse. He says he can pay up front. Also, he asks if he might borrow a light riding horse until his warhorse is trained. He will leave the value of the riding horse on deposit, in case anything happens.

Also, Aghilas would like to inquire about commissioning some lion-themed leather armor, i.e. "light arena armor" from Heroic Companion.

As he was not originally provisioned for travel, Aghilas will buy:

blanket
standard rations w coffee/tea , 2 weeks
waterskin, 2

After all of the above are resolved, Aghilas will make some final arrangements with his mother before leaving.

Are we supposed to be removing rations? Of so, how many would Jaskar and Hamiya have used?

My sense is no, you wouldn't be removing rations. You spent a day in that little village, then came back to town. If you go out to camp in the wilderness, rations would be useful, but your food is generally covered/abstracted under your upkeep. If you go on some long backwoods adventure, we'll be careful about tracking how much food you brought/have left.

Jaskar will also but saddle bags/sacks or whatever the mule needs to hauls stuff.

If anyone wants there is plenty of room for the mule to take on some baggage.

She'll keep it to herself. She's not setting it up for ransom.

I'm updating Willow's stuff and I want to make sure I got this right:
Willow started with 253.9 gp from the first mission.

Willow puts 100 gp in the bank, and arranges a password with the banker. (again, let me know if you want a ransom pin for this).
She spends 100 gp on an anonymous gift to her Academy. (this will count as excess upkeep for the month. You'll still need to pay base upkeep, but you'll get a 10% bonus to xp for the month. Also reserve xp).
15 darts (6 gp)
2 weeks rations (4 gp) *note: this is 2 stones of encumbrance, and takes up half of your pack. Be sure to recompute encumbrance*
Willow: 210 gp.
Remaining gp are about 1 item's worth of encumbrance. You can convert them to platinum for a 1% fee.

So she spends 210gp leaving her with 43.9 left. She converts two into platinum a the cost of .2 leaving her 23.7. She spends 7 on a weeks cost of living giving her 16.7? Then three more down for staying at this nice in and she's at 2pp, 13gp, and 7 sp?

And the cost of living includes replenishing rations eaten right?

Two things... you're slightly ahead of the cost of living charge (though the first game week is almost up, so that's ok). And the 3 gp was for the drinking/socializing at the bar, which I wasn't clear that Willow wanted to do. That would count as extra cost of living for xp purposes, if you wanted her to go drinking with the others.

Hi folks. Everybody ok? Here are a few things you might want to do...

Do you want to go into the door, hang out and wait, explore more out here, go somewhere and rest, or...?

I think we should secure our animals somewhere a ways off and explore the ruins.

I am open to trying to lure any bandits out and ambush them also.

One other idea: if we have some sort of disguise spell we could try to impersonate the wizard we killed to lure bandits out.
