Risdac Egargi

Risdac will stay above unless something occurs below requiring his assistance.

Rool Diov
Rool closes the door after hearing the sloshing. "There may be something alive in there," he tells the others. "We need some light. Could one of you retrieve the light copper?"

Once he has Malibran's continual light coin, Rool will open the door and toss the coin into the room and observe what is illuminated.

Odilo, having seen enough of the featureless wasteland, heads below decks. Xale, Tanner, and the newly huge Risdac remain up top.

Below:
Rool closes the door. "There may be something alive in there," he tells the others. "We need some light. Could one of you retrieve the light copper?"

Malibran pulls the coin out of a small belt pouch and hands it to the master thief (we will assume), who opens the door and tosses the coin through it. The coin illuminates a stone corridor that extends about 80' before opening into a dark space beyond. Side passages branch off about 30' forward of of the door at which Rool stands.

Malibran grips his mace tightly, adjusts his shield, and whispers a prayer to Pholtus to protect this group as they navigate this noble quest. He peers down the hallway as best he can hopefully ready for what may come.

The Unknown Servant:

Khogeki abides.

There is no anticipation of the great quest ahead. No concern of their deadly destination. No wondering what fate shall befall them and their friend. There is only now. And here.

Below:
Living only in this moment, the serene sensei joins Rool as they advance deeper into the stone bowels of the Demonwing that sails the River Styx.

If Rool does not advance, Khogeki will softly pad forward alone to the intersection at 30' and look down the right hand path.

Rool Diov
“I think this ship contains extradimensional spaces,” Rool suggests to his comrades. He moves forward, towards the light copper, checking for illusionary floors and walls until reaching the side passages. He will then peer down each of the secondary hallways.

Above deck, Xale, Tanner, and Risdac wait. The gray, featureless waste that stretches from horizon to horizon offers no point of reference. If not for the passing of the oily black waters of the Styx, Demonwing would seem to be standing still.

Below:
“I think this ship contains extradimensional spaces,” Rool suggests to his comrades. He and Khogeki move forward, toward the light copper on the floor. Rool taps the walls and floors to check for illusions, but they seem solid.

Peering into the secondary hallways, he sees two small rooms, each with a passage leading fore. Bits of flesh and dung rot on the stone floor of each room. In the room to port stands a deformed, fat, naked man-like shape with long claws. It speaks into the mouth of a stone snake carving that juts out from the wall, then leaps at a surprised Rool! Whirling claws and gnashing teeth, powered by fury and madness, find flesh. (-6 HP)

Rool and Khogeki can attack this round. Others below deck are back in one of the cabins blocked by Rool and the monk.

Red star is Rool's and Khogeki's position.

The merciful monk's face is placid and serene as his blurring hands humanely strike to subdue the mad, unfortunate creature in the vessel gifted to them by Emirikol the Chaotic.

Rool Diov
Rool reacts by stabbing at the creature with his short sword.

+5 S.Sword = [1d20+8] = 9+8 = 17 hit, [1d6+11] = 2+11 = 13 dmg.

Above decks, nothing changes. Again.

Below decks:
The Unseen Servant lays into the short, fat, man-like thing. His blows land on—and into—soft, fatty flesh, each punch making a squishing sound that turns the stomach. Though the flurry of fists would kill most men, the man-thing seems entirely unaffected.

Hallagad rushes to the attack, but Rool and Kogeki are in the way. The crime lord plunges his sword deep in the creature's gut. Noxious vapor spews forth as the wound consumes the thing's body. After but a moment, nothing is left but the stinking fumes, which soon dissipate.

Those of you below decks: please use spoiler tags until the entire group is together.

Malibran
Malibran "So that is our welcome party? That does not bode well, however, I'm not surprised considering this vessels nature. We need to be doubly careful now that they or it, which I assume from that evil looking speaking tube, now know we are here."

Malibran will pick up the light coin and hand to whomever feels passionate about going first. He follows close at hand.

The Unseen Servant:

Below:
"I shall return momentarily, with help," the sensei says as he ascends above decks.
Above:
The humble monk emerges from below.
"My friends, below decks, we've found access to a dungeon. What it is and why Emirikol would place it in our path is not yet clear. But if Emirikol is a friend of Vorkath, then perhaps, in some way, it aids us in our quest," the monk says with childlike simplicity. "Or perhaps it is another of his 'tests.' Please join us below, that we may show you?"

Tanner

The doors are 8' high and about 4' wide. Risdac can squeeze through if he ducks down.
