For Monsieur:

"Rorry!" says the dog.

"Sorry," he sends telepathically. "I can't say much out loud. I'm much better at speaking to minds! But sometimes it bothers people."

"I am SCAMP. How can I help?" he asks.

As Hector Smith takes in his mental conversation with the first responder dog, he can't help but notice that Lucky seems to be very much on the edge, as if he is actively looking for a bad guy to jump out at any point and ambush them.

For GreyWolf:

Since the roll for Vorpal's second attack was already provided, I will just need an updated one for Hot Streak, if he is using a bullet instead of a fireball.

Chiron Technician "Hector Smith"

Hector shakes off the uneasy feeling of having voices in his head and turns to SCAMP. "Oh. Good then. I thought my injuries were worse than I thought. I'd like some water, if that's possible?"
"Are there any others? I mean, other survivors? What happened here? It's a miracle that I survived!"

Turning to Lucky "Are you ok? I think it's over."

For Monsieur:

"I'd love to bring you some water!" sends SCAMP, "But, well. My designer is a great man and a genius and the best person in the world—but he didn't give me opposable thumbs."

Upon hearing this telepathic message, broadcast to both you and Lucky, Lucky merely nods and pulls out his canteen full of water and hands it to Hector.

For GreyWolfVT:

Hot Streaks blazing bullet strikes one of the ichnorite monsters with pinpoint accuracy, reducing the numbers of swarming foes to three. Vorpal, tries to swat one of them away but misses in doing so. Feel free to state your actions now for the next round. Remember, one attack maneuver at a time. You can attack twice, one flame attack from each gauntlet, but the second attack would be at a -4 to hit.

Hot Streak fires another blazing bullet at another fore swarming Vorpal. Blazing Bullet [3d6] = 14 attack [9d6+1] = 40+1 = 41 dmg

Vorpal tries again to slice another of the foes on him. Vorpal Sword Arm (14) [3d6] = 10

For Monsieur:
Though the blast just happened minutes ago, the eerie peace that follows events like these is quickly disrupted by the sounds of another explosion, some distance into the untouched part of the city itself. Soon enough, the radios on the first responders start to go wild. One of the police escorts listens in on the broadcasts and then goes a bit pale.

"The police station has just been bombed.... they've struck again."

Lucky speeds to action upon hearing this, giving orders to SCAMP telepathically. Quicker to think it than say it, or....? Regardless, thanks to efforts of the telepathic canine, you can hear Lucky's message in your head, as if he was speaking out loud.

"SCAMP Can you message everyone that they may want to guard the hospitals, firehouses, & other emergency response locations? Also please tell some of the first responders that they should coordinate with other first responders that have not already been 'hit' and organize a plan to stay safe."

Lucky then offers to take the hero and you to his van, for a quick mode of transportation out of here.

SCAMP readily relays the information telepathically to the first responders, finding no faults with the current plan of action.

"Be careful everyone!" he warns, "The bombing may be part of a bigger plan. It wouldn't be too farfetched to say they wanted to stir up chaos as a distraction."

SCAMP uses his super sense of smell to see if he can pick up any more explosives while going into the city. This is part of what he has been trained for after all!

Tracking Skill Check (Smell) [3d6] = 13

This is a critical success. SCAMPs tracking skill was at 23, and he succeeded by 10. Not only does he know exactly where the blast occurred, he is able to sniff out other dangers along the way, allowing you to steer the van away from dangerous hotspots, or towards them if that's what you want!
For GreyWolfVT:

Hot Streak and Vorpal act first and take down their respective targets with ease. This is but a mere warm up. One ichnorite monstrosity remains and takes a swipe at Vorpal.

Enemy Gurps skill roll [3d6] = 8

Gurps Skill Roll [3d6] = 10

Vorpal dodges the attack, barely.

Towards the back of the warehouse, no.... underneath, you hear the sounds of movement, splashing sounds.

Hot Streak superspeeds to see what the splashing noise is coming from the back of the warehouse.

Vorpal takes another swing at the remaining foe trying to make quick work of the abomination.

"Oh God. Why is this happening?" Hector reacts to the news of another attack. Then, 'hearing' Lucky and SCAMP converse, he gets swept up in the action.

"We've got to go help! There may be more people trapped like I was!" He seems to have gotten a second wind and is eager to help the people who rescued him. He starts leading the way to the van, stops and turns to Lucky. "Um, you first."

For Monsieur:
While in the van with Scamp and Hector, Lucky drives to the source of the explosion, looking to help more that may be injured and unable to escape. Just as Scamp forewarned, the scene is now chaotic and many street criminals are starting to take advantage of the situation. Some rush into the police station to steal guns and body armor, others pick the pockets of fallen citizens in the streets. You see a few heroes on the scene, but they seem to have their hands full trying to contain the fires and disarming the newly armed criminals. There are people who are trapped under rubble and overturned vehicles. Sirens can be heard in the distance.
For GreyWolfVT:

Vorpal cleaves the last abomination with ease. Hot Streak, upon hearing the sounds of splashing somewhere in the warehouse, rushes to the back and finds a floor panel lifted out of place. A green glow emanates from beneath it, and the sound of water can be found directly below.

Hot streak returns to Vorpal tells him of the discovery and then decides they should search the warehouse "Lets see what we can find in this tinderbox shall we?"

Update info for Monsieur:
Stop the looters, sends SCAMP. I will help rescue victims!

The dog, upon sending this message, rushes towards some of the victims of the blast that are knocked out. Pickpockets are rummaging through their clothing and Scamp looks ready to put a stop to them.

Lucky pulls out a rifle and readies it, aiming at the criminals rushing into the police station. The fewer weapons aimed at your group, the better.
For GreyWolfVT:

The floor panel, with green light flooding from underneath, leads to an underground tunnel, freshly scraped out from the looks of it. There are a few patches of ichnorite actually growing down below, and seems to be on top of a stream of glowing green water. Climbing down, you see a few green figures rushing away into the darkness, a downwards slope, uneven. You see something small and green start to become rapidly bright in the distance, a high-pitched charging sound?

Hot Streak goes back topside and talks with Vorpal "I say we torch the place and hightail it back to the hideout, what do you think."

Seeing Lucky pull a rifle, Hector reacts quickly. "Wait! What are you doing? You aren't going to shoot them, are you!?" He looks on in disbelief as his rescuer lines up a shot on civilians.

Sorry for the delay guys. The beginning of Monsieur's start will be a bit slow until things either pick up on the 'other end', or he splits and joins others.

For Monsieur:
Hector's plea is uttered a bit too late.

Lucky, having readied his H&KG3, takes aim at the farthest street criminal's legs and fires a controlled burst with the single pull of a trigger. His aim is precise and he is able to debilitate the criminal without inflicting too lethal a wound. Lucky then points his rifle to the next criminal fleeing into the police station and takes aim.

Meanwhile, SCAMP enters a battle of Wills as he tries to scare away the pickpockets instead of directly confronting them.

The two pickpockets nearby are suddenly overcome by an intense sensation of fear, as if continuing their thieving ways could cost them greatly within the next few seconds. They quickly run away, perhaps regaining their senses in the process? What Hector saw though, was SCAMP just growling at the pickpockets. Strange, the criminals couldn't have been that timid, could they?
For GreyWolfVT:

"I say we see how far this tunnel goes before we just start torching buildings. If we need to collapse this tunnel to prevent more of those monstrosities from roaming about here, then we'd need you to set things up for a big boom, fast. Besides, aren't you interested to see where this 'yellow brick road' of ours will take us?"

The 'yellow brick road' is more of a green river of ichnorite, but.... details. Ultimately, Vorpal will follow your command, since Hot Streak is technically in charge of op.

Hot Streak thinks for a moment "Really I was more wanting to just destroy one of Syn's buildings of operations. Bet ok lets go see what lies beneath then." the speedster motions for Vorpal to hop down first being the muscle/meatshield that he is. Then the speedy pyro will jump down just after Vorpal. Moving forward with Vorpal in the lead. "I'll keep pace with you for now in case we run into more trouble."

Vorpal drops down and takes the lead as you both descend into the tunnel. No sooner did you start, a green bullet of energy shoots out from the darkness and hits Vorpal square in the chest. He grunts, saying something along the lines that it 'stings'. Apparently, there was a gunman further down, one of Symbiosis' mutant soldiers. I say was, because Vorpal made short work of it with a rushing tackle.

At the end of the tunnel, it splits off into two different paths, both going further down into the earth, both sporting streams of glowing green water and ichnorite crystal growth on the surrounding earthen walls. This area is just screaming bio hazard! The green glow seems to travel far and deep in both directions....

Hot Streak motions with his head to Vorpal "Lets go Right, I'll scout ahead." super speeding up ahead to see what enemies are ahead he will then superspeed back to Vorpal to relay targets and locations before they rush ahead and attack.

Having been too late to recognize Lucky's intent, he watches the supposed good guy fire at citizens.

Well, well. Seems this guy isn't quite the hero he once appeared. Interesting.

Hector throws his hands over his head, and runs back to the van.

ooc: is the rescued cape still in the van and unconscious?
