Quite the departure from the thief you typically play, eh?

Which is so funny, because I NEVER played the thief class back in the day.
It's grown on me since I picked up Till.
As much as I'm not a big fan of the multiclass, I'm thinking I'll start exploring what one can do when mixing the thief skills with another class. The Tomb Of Horrors game is a starting point, mixing the thief with a MU. I think there are some great spells a thief might use that will really just be great for helping him be a better thief. Easy to see a character in a book might do such a thing. I was a bit disappointed with Lieber for not doing that with the Gray Mouser, even though he started off as a wizard's apprentice.
I think playing a ranger as a bit of a loner or one who is not used to spending a lot of time in civilized communities is an easy character concept for me to grasp.
Dragon foot. Bamboo pole. Little mouse. Tiny boy.
