I think Urok is all set except for Life Event. I still miss that extra thousand gold though. ;) we could have pooled our resources and bought our own caravan.

Is there anything I missed. This storm threw things out of whack but I am trying to recover and get this game started tomorrow morning.

Urrok is from the Empire of Thyatis, Life Event = 1

(Life Event ) [1d8] = 1

I think this is all I'm missing. Looking forward to getting started.

Food is eaten, all rations are gone. I will allow you to trade the mule back in for your gold.

Marching order, etc would be a good idea. Urrok has chain mail and spear, but is not a great warrior. He would be happy to fight in the second rank using his spear to reach past a fighter in front. If no one else has armour he will take point.

Perhaps our best trap-detector first, then the best armored? That way Rojo can slip behind them at the first sign of trouble.

Spell-casters huddled and scared in the very back.

Florin is armored lightly so doesn't matter to me where he goes.

Yisun in an archer and so he should be in the middle? He is loathe to mix it up close, preferring to hang back and shoot his 2 arrows a round.

We seem to have only one character with anything better than leather armor, so everybody's pretty much "front line". I suppose it's thematically appropriate, but we're going to want to avoid a lot of combat.

I'm not clearly picturing what the situation is. Is the door open or closed? Is the switch under the door and being held from fulling engaging by the door?
