Based off of the current map Zeke is building, the main lab extends a bit north, passing the unexplored cell 12 and eventually wrapping around, connecting to the large room full of ghouls, cell 10. The door leading to that particular room is still sealed, if exiting from the lab you are currently in.

Room 12 looks like some sort of storage room. The door is locked, nothing you can't pick or hack, and the window on the door reveals many lockers and shelving units crammed within. No lights are on inside, but the dim glow of the corridor lights can reveal as much from where you stand. In a place like this, this storage room could be a janitor's locker room or a simple place to store extra lab supplies.

Zeke snaps on the flashlight slung under his shotgun barrel and sweeps the room. Assuming he sees no lurking ghouls or other dangers, he will commence searching the lockers and shelves.

He's looking for anything of value but his wish list consists of:
Power Armor parts
Fusion cores
Other pieces of a laser rifle that he can combine with the Capacitor he found earlier
Stimpacks and other healing
High quality weapons, ammo, or armor

searching the storage closet [1d20] = 13

Because you guys gave a wishlist instead of just stating what you found, here are my random selections.

Your combined search yields:

[1d20] = 4 rad-aways
[1d20] = 19 ... and a plethora spare parts and tools to replace and or fix delicate machinery (potential weapon and/or crafting components)
[1d20] = 20 ... a spare fusion core too...

It looks like there used to be some emergency rations here, but they've been torn open and used up.

You also find a rolled up piece of parchment, an oddity in these sort of locations. Everything is usually digital. Upon closer inspection, you find that the parchment is actually a blueprint, professionally hand-drawn (drafting table quality), of some sort of device. The details of what it is and can do are sketchy, but a symbol found on it gives you a clue. It has a radiation hazard sign on it. You see a picture of a fusion core on it as well.

4x Rad-aways
enough parts to do what you want for one task
1x fusion core

Seven takes the spare parts and splits the rad-away packs with Zeke "Pretty good finds in here. Here take two of the rad-away packs Zeke."

Zeke looks at the blueprint and then searches the room again to see if he finds any equipment that resembles anything on the blueprint.

blueprint parts search [1d20] = 14

Sorry for the delay in posting. Had some personal stuff pop up that was distracting me.

Surprisingly enough, the list of needed components for the blueprint is easy to follow and with a few more minutes of looking through the shelves, you are able to find what you need. The hard part is figuring out how it all goes together and figuring out what it exactly does...

Seven being the more "mechanical" takes a look at the parts and blueprints to see if he can make how to assemble the thing [1d20] = 20

Seven knows what to do. After taking a brief glance at the blueprint, the purpose behind the device shown becomes obvious. With materials in hand, he takes them to a nearby workbench in the main lab and gets to work.

A few minutes later and Seven performs the finishing touches on the Fusion Core Recharger.

The instructions are as follows:

1) Place empty fusion core in the Recharging slot, there being only one slot to put anything in.
2) Place Fusion Core Recharger in an irradiated area.
3) Turn on Recharger, one button only. The light gauge on the box will flash red when charging, turn green when finished.
4) Remove core manually. Finished. One fully charged Fusion Core ready to be used.

*Disclaimer*
The product is not waterproof or vacuum sealed. Runs off of a single fusion core.

The sounds of construction and attracted a group of nearby feral ghouls! You can hear their fast approach and seem to be heading towards the main lab from the northern entrance. The door there is shut and locked, but it will only hold back the ghouls' advance for so long.

roll a d20 to find out how long the door will last (in turns)
