Seven shrugs as if to say very well then.

Re: Chapter 1 (GreyWolfVT, sulldawga, Bluehorse)
The group of three decide it best to wait till day to do the close-up look and potential rescue. With the sun setting, you get on your bikes and head back to the safe house. Along the way as you go through a section of the wastes, you realize that some of the tall plateaus offer excellent views of the city from afar. With a set of binoculars now in your inventory, you can zoom into the area and view the city from a safe distance, perhaps even the raider camp as well if your lucky.
The sun is almost done setting. If you maintain your course and continue your way home, you will reach the safe house before the last of the sun's light fades from the sky. Choosing to spy on the city at night with binoculars will no doubt give you an opportunity to scope out your raider situation in the future, giving you a head count and perhaps how many bikes they have. But the night air can get especially chill, not to mention that certain creatures roam only when the green-tinted moon rises...

You all head straight to your safe house, the sun sets and night is upon you.
Re: Chapter 1 (GreyWolfVT, sulldawga, Bluehorse)
Zeke refuels his bike, grabs a bite to eat, and hits the sack early.
We want to get there tomorrow at dawn, right boys? I suspect raiders sleep in late so it should be quiet that time of day.

Seven nods agreeing "Yes i'd be more inclined to go back at dawn."

Re: Chapter 1 (GreyWolfVT, sulldawga, Bluehorse)
Assuming nothing happens overnight, can we fast forward to returning to the raider camp at dawn?
Re: Chapter 1 (GreyWolfVT, sulldawga, Bluehorse)
This time, Zeke brings his hunting rifle. He looks for a spot where he can get a good field of view over the camp and Deuce can use his binoculars to best effect.

Seven grabs his grenade launcher from the safe house in his usual hiding spot, and his usual pistols. "Wish I coulda got more dynamite but this aughta come in handy either way."the stock of the grenade launcher has a scratched image of a baby and the lettering big baby on it the y is mostly scratched and worn off.

Duece gathers his gear and unceremoniously dumps it in his sidecar, checking his guns are secured to his person and loaded. He has his new binoculars wrapped and capped to protect them and stows them much more carfully and within easy reach.

Re: Chapter 1 (GreyWolfVT, sulldawga, Bluehorse)
Having geared up and setting the time of day, how will you proceed from here? You know the geography of the wastes well, and you also have a good idea as to where the raider encampment is located. Question is, do you know off hand how many there are?
Re: Chapter 1 (GreyWolfVT, sulldawga, Bluehorse)
Zeke thinks that it would be better, if not faster, to return to the junkyard and then follow the tracks to the raider camp, rather than try to set out directly to the raider camp from the hideout and potentially get lost.

Seven concurs with Zeke's idea of returning to the junkyard then proceeding to the raider camp from there retracing their steps from the night before.

Deuce nods in agreement and double checks his pip boy before they head out.

Re: Chapter 1 (GreyWolfVT, sulldawga, Bluehorse)
The Pip Boy does its technical wizardry and highlights a follow-able path on the ground, which according to your digital map, leads straight into the city where a raider camp is known to be at. Along the way to the city, while traveling through the wastes, you encounter two Radscorpions. They can burrow and are hard to shake off.
How do you proceed?
How do you proceed?
Re: Chapter 1 (GreyWolfVT, sulldawga, Bluehorse)
At the first sign of the radscorpions, Zeke floors it and tries to outrun them.

Seven follows Zeke's lead and floors it attempting to outrun the radscorpions as well.
