B S Here (II)
Re: B S Here (II)
Side thought... Although i agree we needed to make sure Big Ugly was down for good... Anyone going to check on what I am very afraid is going to be Jack's corpse in the water?

Don't get me wrong, but Jack, one way or another, is gone. The guy in need of immediate care is Luther!!

In the words of Sandra Bullock in Speed, ”Thank you, thank you very much!”
A total team effort though, we were AWESOME! Even though we were cursed by the dice gods.
Round of applause to all. Great acting by Lightfinger, execution of the acid bombs by The Chauncenator, Great trap making by the rangers and the warrior, great dog handling by the humble Avala.
Good show DM OG.
Saracen is out of light magic until he rests, but can see the Luther’s wounds in the morning. He will bind the ranger with bandages until then however.

At least.

New and different B.S.
Can any of you recommend another 1st Edition game here on Unseen Servant that might be looking for players? It looks like I'm going to be having enough time on my hands to add another game, and this one has been so great, I thought I'd try it again.

Pirates and dragons is at a good place to pick up on. It's one of my favorites. Searemint runs it.

The lone city in the wilderness is a good game, run by Alebelly, who is a good DM. It’s osric but basically first edition with a few changes. If you are with the main group it’s quite fast paced.
This is my fave though, but then I like all the players here, which also helps

Re: B S Here (II)
Lady and gentlemen, we have a brand new player who is interested in trying his luck on the island.
Please help me in welcoming SpinwardMarch to the game as our brand new player!
He will be playing the part of Brother Gilbert, a proper cleric out to tame the world.
Welcome to the game, SM! I hope you enjoy it as much as the rest of us.

Actually..."she"... but I don't mind. When I cleaned out my late husband's game books (3 bookcases were a bit much), I saved all the D&D and Traveller books for future use. I have been gaming since 1979 or so.

Sorry about that!!! I should have asked that first before making an ass out of me and..........me.
Hey! On the bright side, I can finally start saying Ladies and Gentlemen, now.

Haha!
Oh ya......
Let's also give out a warm Welcome Back to our old friend Jernau35 who is still healing from his visual ailment and will be slowly rejoining us as he continues to get better.
It's great to have you back, man! (I'm pretty sure he's a guy)
Looking forward to the fresh new blood in the new year!

Re: B S Here (II)
Welcome, Spinward, and welcome back Jernau!
Sometimes this summer I will most likely be participating in another 24 hour game of Dungeons & Dragons as part of Extra Life. This organization uses gaming to help raise money to donate to children's hospitals. I'm raising money for Marshfield Children's Hospital in Marshfield, WI, and all money I raise will go to that hospital. All donations are tax-deductible. Please take a moment to check out my donation page below. Thank you.
