Once he has enough space, he'll lever off his boots and pour out the rest of the dirt. Finally, boots off, he'll squeeze his feet out of the now slightly larger gap in the manacles.

Re: B S Here (II)
apologises for my slow or even none posting. I am actually quite ill with some form of bronchial pneumonia (brought on by wet windy conditions in the stables). I might have to take an extended rest and if it clogs my lungs up further even go on a more drastic way to drain phlegm from my lungs. I might have to take some rest which could restrict me over the next two or three weeks, so bare with me.
I shall get up to date and out of bed soon. thanks for the concerned PM's
cheers Kris

After Saracen's visit, Luther is very much himself again. Thank you, Saracen.
Luther gathers his bow, arrows, and daggers, plus his waterskin. He heads toward the river, telling any of the PC's he meets I need to be alone for a day or so. I'm going hunting- maybe I can collect enough meat to make it worth my trip.
THE HUNTER
Luther slips into the woodline outside of town, an arrow nocked on his bow. He moves carefully, his ears, eyes, and nose attuned to the jungle around him. Any track, any scat, any broken branch is examined to gather clues about the local wildlife. His mind is still, accepting whatever may come.
Monocar tromps after him beating a cow bell. "I'M HELPING!"

speaking of this, how much time do we have before we head back out again? are we days away from our next major outing to help the monkoons?
Re: B S Here (II)
Saracen is planning on at least another day helping the village before he gets ready to set out.

Re: B S Here (II)
Hang in there, Kris! That sounds pretty horrible! Best of luck on a speedy recovery!
I too have contracted a bad case of Rastafarian Revenge just before returning from our holiday. Nothing nearly as serious, just some chills, sore throat, and an extremely plugged up head that was obviously compounded by the pressures of commercial flying. I'm not sure how I can catch a cold in a country that never gets below 75 degrees.
However, I am now back home in the frozen tundra of Wisconsin, and should be able to catch up on all the posts I've missed over the last week or so.
Holler at me if I missed anything you are waiting for a response about!

I have updated the overall map of every area that has been explored so far.
If anyone has questions about it, just ask.

1.) Kris/Spearmint, I hope you feel better soon. It's been a miserable year for flu and I'm sorry to see you get a piece of it.
2.) OM, thanks for that map update!! Most excellent!
3.) Storm and OM, thank you for not leaving jaxsen behind when it would have been so easy and ...well ... understandable.

I can almost hear you saying that in my head. And enjoying it a little too much, maybe.
