Dubb holds back his stomach contents and is able to continue his chanting. impressive critical pass on that save.Monsieur Rose wrote:Dubb
Save vs poison (10):[1d20+5] = 15+5 = 20
Dubb has smelled worse before. That time he and a dozen of his fellows danced in an enclosed room for 24 hours straight comes to mind...or that time he made camel stew...
Seeing that things are starting to get under control, he starts ramping up his chant, increasing tempo and pitch.

Ahmed Ibn Fahdlan While the melee is in full swing, Ibn roars "Up and at'em brave fellows" he then slides to the side and shoot (2) more shafts at the closest ghoul.
1st attack:To hit THACO:(13) [1d20+7] = 16+7 = 23, damage per arrow: [1d8+6] = 1+6 = 7
2nd attack:To hit THACO:(13) [1d20+7] = 2+7 = 9, damage per arrow: [1d8+6] = 7+6 = 13
The +1 was added to the hit roll due to chant.

Emma
Saying a quick prayer for forgiveness against any accidental sacrilege, she rushes over and grabs up a candle and sets to work trying to set the ghouls on fire one by one, glancing over each as she does for clues or items of interest as she does.
ugh... now i roll a 20.

Rahkeem ibn Hamad al-Qudra
Seeing that his darts have not yet dropped the Ghoul; Rahkeem draws his Cutlass and Dirk and strides forward while lashing out with both; attempting to drop the foul undead creature once and for all....
Attack 1 with Cutlass (+1 to hit due to Spec.): [1d20+1] = 15+1 = 16
If that hits; damage is 1d6+3 due to Spec. and STR 16: [1d6+3] = 1+3 = 4
Attack 2 with Dirk: [1d20] = 19
If that hits; damage is 1d4+1 due to STR 16: [1d4+1] = 4+1 = 5

Abrex
Abrex thinks the fight is coming to an end and does a quick check of the bodies for clues before Emma burns them all... asking, "Emma give me a moment to search the bodies. I'll be quick. I can assist you too. Hold your breath it will be easier especially with the main one."
Abrex holds his breath to avoid the stench as he checks the bodies. Focusing more on the leader but checking them all. He wonders how that weasel of a brother could work with or know how to gather such vile creatures. The undead are a bane and a personal distaste for Abrex in his personal views of their existence.
"Before we burn them let's make sure we can vent the smoke from the room."

Rashad seeing that Ahmed and Rahkeem are rushing to dispatch the last ghoul tries to move the invisible Jamal back away from the dead ghoul leader.
Save vs Poison (13) [1d20] = 2
However in doing so he manages to be overcome by the stench and retches all over the floor and some of the candles extinguishing them.

Combat is over now. All ghouls are defeated. Dubb and anyone else can try and identify the Ghoul Leader for what it is with a reilgion roll/check or WIS check.

Abrex
Abrex is taking precautions when searching the bodies. I would hope he'd at a minimum get a good bonus to a save if one is needed at all since he is actively holding his breath while searching the body. Maybe it's so overwhelming it forces its way into any open orifices.
Abrex holds his nose and covers his mouth with the same hand and searches the Ghoul leader. As he does he also tries to find out if he knows about the creature.
[1d20] = 6 vs Wis 10
Abrex seems to know something about this creature. He waits until he is clear of it's foul odor before telling the others. He puts all the loot aside for all to see as well. Give Emma the all clear sign to burn them but says,"I suggest we open the door unless there is ventilation and be wary if you open the doors in case there are bandits lurking."

Dubb
Dubb finally stops chanting, much to everyone's dismay I'm sure. He looks around at the carnage, then moves to console the innocents. "It's over. My friends have dealt with the threat. Tell me, what is your name? And have you ever participated in a funeral here before?"
Religion Check (18):[1d20] = 15
"Those creatures did not move through the city. There must be another way in."
Dubb stops and looks at the leader closely. "Hmm. That one appears to be a Ghast. Quite nasty. I see why it was leading the others."

Rashad: Faris lvl 2 13/16 HP AC 6 (NPC) backs away from the ghoul leader and stops retching wipes his mouth "I'm sorry for that, the smell of that ghould leader overwhelmed me. Uh yes the doors the sound of the iron bars locking into place from the outside when the ghouls turned and revealed they were not the priests we thought they were. I thought I had mentioned that when the doors shut but I may have been distracted by everything happening."

Jamal continues to raise the ghoulish leader into the air and away from himself and his companions.
Once the halfling has stopped his retching he will search the chamber for any windows they might use to escape.
