Re: Word on the streets: Out of Character Chatter
sorry all I was involved in a cart accident on Friday, and I'm alright, but i have no car at the moment so I've been dealing with all that and haven't really paid much attention to the games here. Once things get back to somewhat normal I should be back to my usual posting pace.

Re: Word on the streets: Out of Character Chatter
As far as I know everyone is ok. The officer on scene had he other driver go to the hospital to be checked but determined I was ok. So I have no idea if the other person was ok, when i saw the driver they weren't bleeding or anything just shook up like I was, and other than that lightheaded it appeared they were. Trust me I haven't been able to stop thinking about it all and hoping that the other driver is ok. I'm just glad neither of us had any passengers.

Hey all. I wanted to give some advanced notice that Nov. 21st I'll be having surgery. Not sure what my posting will be like for that time, but I wanted to give you time to make contingency plans etc. As my grandpa Campbell used to say, this gettin old BS ain't for the faint of heart.

Hope everything goes well for you, Brett. What are you having done, if you don't mind my asking?
Sometimes this summer I will most likely be participating in another 24 hour game of Dungeons & Dragons as part of Extra Life. This organization uses gaming to help raise money to donate to children's hospitals. I'm raising money for Marshfield Children's Hospital in Marshfield, WI, and all money I raise will go to that hospital. All donations are tax-deductible. Don't need to Google it. I work in the OR, so there's always a bit of professional curiousity when people have surgery.

Take care amigo!
Re: Word on the streets: Out of Character Chatter
Hope your re-surgery goes better this time. I had many hernia surgeries in my time mostly when I was younger.
