Dubb
Whispers to Benham "Excellent work sir! A simple request of the falls themselves! So simple, yet subtle."
After entering, he watches Asad and Abrex charge the dice game like they are owed money. "I guess we are opting for the direct approach..."
He charges the game with the others THAC0 (20) [1d20] = 16 to hit. Scimitar [1d8+1] = 5+1 = 6 damage
"The dice favor me!"

Rahkeem ibn Hamad al-Qudra
Rahkeem sighs at the complete lack of subtlety from his companion and after seeing several of his other fellows rush in to join the fight, he draws his Cutlass and Dirk and moves to cover any other entrances to the room they are currently in; closing doors if needed....

Benham Iskandar
Having opened the path into the falls and with his current spell not useful in a combat situation, Benham will hang out at the back of the party.
To be honest, I'm not exactly sure. I knew Sakina was the name of the falls, and figured there to be some sort of water elemental sorcerer involved. Really, the thought just hit me, so I said the phrase and was actually surprised it worked.Bluehorse wrote:Emma
Looks very impressed. "Benham! You genius! How did you ever guess?"Scott308 wrote:Benham Iskandar
The sha'ir approaches, speaking the words, Sakina, draw aside. When he says this, the entire waterfall shifts to the left, revealing a passage leading into the stone behind it.

Sometimes this summer I will most likely be participating in another 24 hour game of Dungeons & Dragons as part of Extra Life. I'm raising money for Marshfield Children's Hospital in Marshfield, WI, and all money I raise will go to that hospital. All donations are tax-deductible. Re: Chapter #2: Adventure 2: Nine Flawed Sapphires
Entrance:
Asad makes quick work of one guard the look on the guards face pure shock as he is dead in less time than it took for his dice to hit the table.
Abrex tries to replicate the quick swordsmanship but fails to hit the second guard
Anuzal tries to assist in taking out the second guard but also fails to hit the man
Dubb charges in and takes the second guard out just when the guard was starting to feel lucky.
Everyone else stays back and comes in once both guards are finished off. Amazingly that was very quick and easy the guards were so laid back it is quite obvious nobody enters this place often and those that do are expected that guard duty is very lax. A quick search of the two guards you find a scimitar on each man, they both wear leather armor, money found on then and the table combined 8gp, 16 sp & 32cp, other than that all that is on the table are their dice.
The 10-foot-wide passage from behind the falls soon opens up into a 20-foot-wide hall. Delicate columns reach up to support a vaulted ceiling covered with cobalt blue tiles, arranged in intricate patterns to depict crashing waves. In the center of the hall, three small fountains gurgle happily.

Jamal will take a drink of the refreshing water, taking a sip first before assuaging his thirst.
When the djinnling returns with his sleep spell he will begin moving cautiously along the left hand wall, exploring the large chamber with the gem flying at his shoulder, sand ready in his hands.

Benham Iskandar
The sha'ir will grab the dice from the table as he passes, putting them in his belt pouch. Unlucky for them, but lucky for us. He will cautiously advance toward the door on the right, avoiding going closer to the fountain than absolutely necessary. Upon reaching the door, he will attempt to hear anything from the other side, being careful not to touch the door itself.

Re: Chapter #2: Adventure 2: Nine Flawed Sapphires
Asad grinning wildly wipes the gore off his blade on the nearest fallen guard. "Ahh.. Fate has shown upon us! You should hides these bodies while we advance into the cavern." With that he heads forward to peer through the columns at what lays beyond....

Dubb
Dubb, after dispatching the dice roller, looks around in awe. "This place is amazing! Such intricate tile work! The acoustics must be amazing."
He looks down at the coins on the table, shrugs, and pockets the dice winnings. "Looks like Dubb wins this round."
He then pauses, looks up and starts vocalizing. "Hello!?!....Echo!!"

Rahkeem ibn Hamad al-Qudra
Rahkeem sighed as several of his companions seemed unable to grasp the concept of 'stealth' and instead, he just said; "Well.....which doors do we check out first?"

Anuzal- Moves to the first and listens. He turns to the others and puts his fingers to mouth making quiet gesture. Then puts his ear to the door.

Abrex waits for those trying to hear at the door obviously the others didn't catch the signal to quiet down foiling Anuzal attempt to hear beyond the door whispers, "Well, quiet down so we can try and get some clue as to which door to try. For fates sake let's be smart about this folks. Check the doors for traps too Anuzal. IF there is one that is trapped I'll bet that's the door we want. Let him check all the doors and then we can make a decision how best to proceed?"

Dubb
Dubb takes a moment to observe and feel the surroundings. "If this is a warehouse of sorts, then mules must be nearby to transport goods." Dubb starts smelling at the doors. "Good thing they smell worse than we do!"
