I found a version of the character sheet, but it's not CT so I'll take what I have and adapt to CT.

Jimi Woo is the third son of Sir Preston Woo leader of the Ronjon Clan, affiliated with the Scott family, currently headed by Sir James Scott (22nd Earl of The Skaw, COG) and majority stock holders of the Bank of Caledon. The Ronjon clan specializes in banking and finance. At his majority, Jimi was offered the choices of joining the Clan business as a clerk with the Bank of Caledon branch on Stuart or entering the Royal Navy as an Ensign, he took the navy. After 8 years and only one promotion he separated from the CRN and took service with Captain Jac Hawkins, a Free Trader working the systems between Caledon and St George in what is now The Federation of Daibei. Through 12 years of service, Jimi rose to the position of 1st Officer, but found himself dirtside when Hawkins retired and the new ship owner brought in in his own crew. Jimi got working passage aboard a Carillian ship just before all hell broke loose! Ducking Sol raiders the ship worked its way spin-rim ward away from the Carillian Assembly. Jimi is ready to jump ship at the earliest opportunity!

Vaguely, barely! :( I guess I'm having a Senior Moment.

The Jimi Woo I posted is derived from the closest version I have to the original Jimi Woo (this one was in T20 format, though).

How different does Jimi need to be from the UPP/Skills I posted? Background can be retconned as needed.

Stats and skills are fine, just need to finetune his loadout a bit.

Jiao was assigned to several charter and line ships in her twelve years with Transstar Lines. On one of her charters, she was mugged during a stop. Three of her shipmates, all former military, taught her the finer points of street fighting over the course of the assignment.

The last four years of Jiao’s career were frustrating. She transferred to one of the largest ships in the line, with a sterling reputation. Early in her assignment, Jiao fell into a relationship with another officer. Such things were not forbidden, as long as the people involved weren’t in the same chain of command. The relationship ended when her boyfriend abruptly asked for, and received, a transfer to a shore assignment. Jiao had been so smitten that she was written up for poor work – and that turned out to be her undoing. Although she applied herself to her work for three years afterwards, she simply was not offered the Chief Engineer’s course. Finally, she declined to reenlist, and left the company.

Jiao told her family that she still wanted to travel, and she started coreward, securing working passages as she went. She is now between jobs, and looking for the next working passage to anywhere.

For Jiao, I have a complete narrative of her generation process and career. Also, I can't find information on background skills from the characters homeworld, at least not for CT.

No sir, I am independent of any government. An expanses Scout is all about the mappin' and scoutin'.

Questions:

Can I keep the Air/Raft from my ship?

Can I have a tl 11, c-3po type, anthropomorphic type robot that is my crewmate/partner/chewbacca?
concept wise, he would be a sidekick sort, and not a high function sort, and basically a wrench turner that can carry stuff, useless in combat, with limited story affecting powers (he cant speak a million languages, etc. but would have basic robot type stuff. )

Not to intrude on someone else's character, but quick suggestion [immediately followed by the butting out]

Simple enough to change it to Daibei Exploratory Service, or Caledonian. Or even a private company based in Solomani space. If you really want a hook, consider a private Carrillian company that is now orbital debris after Chin's Raid. There's a muster-out for ya ;)

Leblion is just where I (for the sake of simplicity, "I" is Aadam Zal, not me, Charlie Shaw) was born there and left at 18 to join the scouts. My scout service was a subcontractor to local ones.
