I'm not a fan of the Cortex Plus asset system, so would prefer to try the (unfortunately out-of-print) Cortex Classic Serenity RPG instead.

Hi, everyone. Just noticed an Unseen Servant bookmark and thought I would check in and say hello.

Does anyone know if Antman9 resurfaced anywhere? I hope he's doing well.

Aloha. I haven't seen him.

I'm currently playing a D&d 5 PBF that uses grid maps. While that adds much more work for the DM compared to "theatre of the mind", and makes TPKs more likely, I'm really enjoying counting little squares to see if my dwarf legs can get to the zombie, or if my javelin can hit the big bad :).

I am sorely missing this. Cortex was new to me and I enjoyed trying it out. *Let sigh*

Hi all, my appologies for dropping off the face of the earth. Just saw an email that someone had made a post in this OOC and thought I'd investigate. I was having some serious sinus problems, changed jobs, etc. etc. I was barely sleeping at all. Just had sinus surgery 2 weeks ago and actually getting more than 2 hours of sleep at night now.

I was really enjoying this game and fully enjoyed building the story as we went along with you all. Life is frustrating sometimes and doesn't always go our way. I appreciate you guys thinking about me and this game, that means a lot. I haven't gamed at all since the last post in this game. Miss it something terrible too.

Thanks
Marc

If anyone's interested in a Serenity RPG game, I messaged the DM of "Burn the land, boil the sea" who said they might run a game set after the Serenity movie if there are more requests to join.

Of course! Thanks!

I can't access that site, though. Does he intend to run the game there or here?
