Re: Dreamlands (ooc and questions l)
I like it as a player, but Roan is gonna grumble about it. Maybe someone can convince him that he has the extreme importance of protecting the rear and that no one could do it better than he?
That, and he will definitely enjoy watching Gronda's ass.

We'll just tell him he's in charge of watching Gronda's—er, the—rear.

I can't understand a word you're saying.Jernau35 wrote:That marching order does make sense (even though it makes me break out in a cold sweat of terror at the thought of being the first target of every nasty we encounter! ). Still, I'm sure you guys will all chip in to make sure Loche gets a good funeral, right?

Oops! Hadn't read this when Loche was complaining about needing more light. Sorry!ChubbyPixie wrote:Kiri can hold a torch in the second rank, unless you guys think we should have it farther forward..Inferno wrote:Light sources would be appreciated too. Thanks.
I'll edit his post to have him complaining about the light not showing his best profile instead.

Re: Dreamlands (ooc and questions l)
I think I know the answer to this, but can Kiri hold his torch in his shield hand? Oddly, I don't think I've ever played a character with a shield...
If not, he'll keep the shield on his back and hold the torch in his left and the trident in his right.

Hi Pixie.
He can walk with it, but he can't effectively use his shield in combat while worrying about accidentally burning himself.
He could drop the torch when combat begins?

Sorry about the lack of posting. RL is on my back.
Re: Dreamlands (ooc and questions l)
No worries, Mant.
RL is the worst.
Yes, both doors are open, as per my Wednesday post:
RL is the worst.
The PCs (at X) haven't advanced into the newly revealed corridor yet. They are examining the nearer of the twin bronze tablets (T).hedgeknight wrote:Are we still positioned at the first "t" or are we all the way down to the second? I'm asking because, unless the door at the second "t" is open, we wouldn't know about the darkened corridor beyond...would we?
Yes, both doors are open, as per my Wednesday post:
Kiri's torch is equidistant between the two 'T's' unless you wanted it somewhere else Pixie? The opened door reveals a 50 long corridor, inset with statues of Verulians of Old.
The hallway leads to another open portal, and beyond.

Hey gang,
I'm out of town and offline until Monday, February 27.
We'll put the game on a temporary pause until I'm back. See you soon. Thanks.
