Is the plan then to spend the night locked in the bosses room? If so, here are the rules regarding spell recovery:
LL:19 wrote:"All spell casters can memorize or pray for new spells after 8 hours of rest. It takes one hour to memorize all spells the character is capable of learning."
I will need for the group to decide upon a watch order (if one is to be used).

Also, while you're underground and not really able to tell, your internal body clocks suggest there's about another hour until sunset. Is there anything else the group wants to do before calling it a day?

Just to clarify, there isn't a desk in the room -- it's a table. Here is the original description:
dmw71 wrote:"The room is largely empty -- containing just a rickety wooden table with a single chair, a simple bed... and a small, locked wooden chest resting at the side of the bosses bed."

Thanks. I meant table. I'll try and edit my past later today.

No need.

I think you (or someone) used "desk" before, and I just assumed table. I just figured, since I've seen "desk" used at least twice, that I would make the clarification.

While it's not quite yet needed, please continue to finalize this watch schedule; discussing it here in the 'ooc' thread if necessary.

If the hobgob's mail fits better, Tippin would take that. Then his friends wouldn't grouse about him stealing from the dead.
And then we could sell Tom's chain mail. ;)

Dave,
Did you answer this one? I dont see it if you did. Was there a 2nd suit of chainmail? thanks

Sorry, I remember seeing that question, but must have forgotten to answer it. There were two sets of chain mail -- Tom and Borsh -- but, unfortunately, neither of them are close to being sized appropriately for Junius.

Tippin took the chain Borsh was wearing.

The only chain armor remaining is Tom's, who was 4'01" and 65-pounds.

In the loot list, was the belt pouch the not-as-smelly one taken from the goblin? If so, AdaRue will take it if no one minds.

She also takes one waterskinand the scroll cases, which I presume are empty. Let me know if I'm wrong about that, please.

That smelly pouch was from a previous encounter, and taken by... someone? If Tom, Watts, or Omdog, and that player added it to their character sheet, then it would be listed on the "Possessions" page. It's probably safe to assume there's a non-smelly pouch available, though.

Which reminds me, there might be other possessions, taken earlier, that were simply stowed away and not really examined. If so, now would be a good time to do that.

All the items came off the character sheets. I'm assuming they're empty as well.

Bluehorse wrote:Did we ever decide how the rest of the loot from the last battle was to be divided? Who will carry what for food and money?
I doubt it.

I've decided that this is not a piece of the game I'm going to manage. I will obviously let you guys know what's available, but how you divide it will be entirely up to you. As far as I'm concerned, you have what's on your character sheets and nothing else. So, be mindful of keeping your sheets up to date.
Bluehorse wrote:... then goes to Keebler offering her own book. "I copied his into mine. My letters are not as nice... but I took my time.
Regarding this, Mila has not had a chance to copy the book yet. Yes, I know she intends to, but she was interrupted after discovering the key.

I also need to decide how long the process will actually take. I know there is a rule on how to handle if you lose your spellbook and need to completely recreate it from memory (going from memory, I want to say it's at least a week). Copying from one spellbook to another won't take that long, but it's not something that will just happen with a snap of a finger. I figure I will have you guys copy the spellbook during your watch shift. As long as the three casters are on separate watch shifts, you can all manage to copy it overnight.

Well, if it's only twice as tall as he is, that might work. There's plenty of room for the bow to go up. It's when it drags the ground you have a problem. ;)

But that's what I figured. What about a long sword?

Regarding this, the only thing that I will need to be informed about will be ammunition, since I also track it.

So, I will need to know who took what in terms of arrows, etc...
