thanks the assembled men for committing to their noble task, introduces his retainer bodyguard Dolph and offers a 'word of prayer' for divine blessing on the task ahead.

Dare recites the prayer along with Dolph, seeming to know the words by heart. He gets sullen and falls quiet part way through.

A minute later he returns to his usual jovial self. "All right! Let's get this show on the road!" he cheers.

Blackjack Amistad, Earc Orctongue, Olaf Olafsonson, Akkara, and Achaedany return to town from Frogmorton Ford, each injured and pale, but pushing three laden handccarts full of gold and electrum items.

After checking in on Pony at the stables, Olaf stomps into the tavern and orders a pint of the stout.

"Be a big world out there. The shinies not be coming to us. Who want to go search for treasure?"

Amistad goes to the tavern, inviting Hickory, Alcide and Godric for a few beers, pool-ball challenge and hearty meal. He talks about the forest encounters with the strange creatures, beautiful fey lady who lived in the woods, bigging up his 'big up' with the Cyclops and how he almost bugged out with the bug-bears. And swimming with the dragons...

He contemplates his next moves and listens to the other adventurers in the tavern describe their own encounters.
