New catagory to follow your games.
New catagory to follow your games.
I do see where we can subscribe to a forum to be notified of new posts.
However, I'd like to see an option where we can prioritize the forums (read: Games) we want to follow.
Right now, I just need to remember, and my list is getting longer.....sigh....
Can we get a personal 'Sticky' as it were?

The idea has been brought up before in Mod discussions; not sure there is any viable solution for the problem, though. Might be ToniXX has more/new insight into it, though...

One thing that does get me on stuff like this is if you subscribe to the entire game every time a new topic is created shouldn';t it just subscribe you but I know that is not how it does work. Just curious as to why that is.

Unfortunately, what the OP requested is not possible. There MAY be a modification that would allow such functionality, but I don't know.
I'm not sure I understand what you're asking, GreyWolf.GreyWolfVT wrote:One thing that does get me on stuff like this is if you subscribe to the entire game every time a new topic is created shouldn';t it just subscribe you but I know that is not how it does work. Just curious as to why that is.

If you subscribe to a forum, and new threads are added to it, you're not auto-subscribed to those new threads is what I think he's saying.
Though I'm not 100% sure that's accurate if so. I don't keep careful track--I get about 100 emails a day from USS

Ok, I see. Yes, you are not subscribed to the new threads, but any new post in the forum will trigger an email all the same.Keehnelf wrote:If you subscribe to a forum, and new threads are added to it, you're not auto-subscribed to those new threads is what I think he's saying.

Nuke, I hear ya. I might have been the one asking a while back. I even went to the forum site support site to see if I could read through the techy stuff to help find an answer... but unsurprisingly to no avail.Nuke66 wrote:But I just wanna see my games......
Is there any way to get a symbol for the forums we are subscribed to? So, for me, I would see 4-5 active game threads with a "checkmark" for easier browsing? and if so, could there be a sort placed on that column (much like how Outlook will let you sort by the attachment column) so they show up in order at the top?

ToniXX has looked into this several times. There doesn't seem to be "an app for that". Otherwise it'd be something we would implement for sure.
