I was just checking in when you posted this too. I've been checking this every day. I didn't want to be the first to act. I guess I may have to be. I'll think about what to do and put up a post shortly.

Uilon can't really express what he wants to do, and he can't do it alone anyway - so he'll go with what the party chooses.

Why I have been waiting:
1) I figured it was the druid's call
2) Kelton has a big say also since this involves the immediate fate of Neverwinter, evidently
3) my vote was likely to be incredibly unpopular- choose the left path, get the egg, and leave town

Not sure that's the right call. Maybe the more "good" thing to do is the path to try and prevent destruction of this city- dealing with the folk who want to "cleanse" may free us up to go and easily get the egg afterwards as well.

Did I just talk myself into the righ-hand path?

Please pardon my delay!

I've been busy as shit lately and it is affecting my play on here terribly.

Very sorry........but at least I cured the stalemate. :? :?:

I think I see where this is going. Even though we may be in need of Aslaan's ranged firepower shortly, Aslaan will volunteer to go and retrieve the egg.

Aslaan is gay, by the way, so some bink in a tree is pretty much a yawner for him. As far as he is concerned, there is far too little of the tree sap and vine tendrils.

Does Aslaan prefer big and hairy?

Not into bears, sorry. :D

I think there are male dryads. But none in this grove. Nope, none at all here.

I made a mistake earlier fellers, and have made a change in my last group post.
This may or may not affect posts and actions.

Will wait for Jack to reply before moving forward.

And for a simple local hero, Aslaan is spouting wisdom! ;)

Happy New Year fellers > my goal is to wrap this chapter up as soon as possible. I plan on putting this game on hiatus after this encounter. It's been fun, but I'm scaling back from gaming in 2017; at least that's the plan ;)

Get your posts in and we'll wrap this up!

Happy New Year!

No problem here Hedge. I could stand to be in one or two less games myself.

It was awesome, man!

Thanks - this was my 1st 5e game and it's been nice to learn how to play a full caster at a relaxed pace.

Sorry to see this game go as well (and all of this world's lovely flammables :D ). Thank you for the original invitation and the game.
