All right, guys, here they are. After a mere 2 year delay or so... I tried to stick close to your character descriptions in most cases. (I never could find an exact Moogeye, so I exercised the right of artist interpretation...)

First: Ingrid! (with symbol of Tritherion on shield)

Avril.
(sorry for the Bon Jovi headband - this figure is from the mid 80s, from a set called "Female Adventurers.")

And the rest are the same. But here's the whole group together, as they would have looked had they all started together...
(with stand-in Grothnak - as mentioned above, he will be replaced once I get the right figure)
Moneytimes.

Heads up, guys. Coming soon (as soon as I can get some decent photos): a new, improved Grothnak, the "other" Gnome, Urdur, and the recently deceased Mittens. (Mittens, we hardly knew you...)

Rock on!
This is a game about killing things and taking their stuff so you can become more powerful in order to kill bigger things and take even better stuff.
Alethan: I'm good with NOT pressing our luck this time.
mjulius: That's how I know I'm home.
Pulpatoon: The whole point of PbP is to take the scheduling pressure off the game. We're just chatty because we're so eager!
Scott308: ...everyone should be reminded of just how wonderful the people they play games with here can be in real life.
Leitz: Quality and quantity wise, I think US is the best I've seen.
Paladin: I can promise terror, glory, and riches...or a quick and brutal death.
Inferno: Come on! That's was Vicar's Head, a completely different doomed village!
Rex: I can move to the wait list to let someone else into the game.

Ok, here we go... First, the new and improved Grothnak. He's 100% more 5/8ths Orc...

Sorry, I couldn't get the white hand tattoo on the face due to the helmet, and he has an inaccurate long sword, but I did spell out "white hand" in orcish runes on the scabbard. And I thought you might appreciate a little blood on the halberd...
